    BS, bought property, setup businesses, employed family and never had a problem. Most foreigners who go into business in Thailand have never run a business in their life, don't have any business sense and don't do proper research. Signing a lease for only a year is a NOGO to start with.

    It is about your earnings, if you didn't take the threshold you don't qualify. Company revenue is nice but says nothing about your salary. Your company's client revenue has nothing to do with it.

    A visa for education is a visa for a person who wants to study. If you don't study, you need a visa to take care of your kid.
