  1. If these lands are occupied territory then it is legitimate for the Palestinian who live there to rise up and overthrow the occupiers, by violent means if necessary. Bit like the French resistance during WW2.
  2. I'm not sure why ex-pats would be angry about a relaxation of the immigration laws and new visas. It offers new opportunities for those of us that wish to leave the place for 186 days a year. I've been here almost 20 years and a fed up with I/O when renewing my visa and the stupid 90 day reports. I'm enthusiastic about the change and will not be renewing my Non-O next year.
  3. Put simply, she is not attractive or irresistible. Rather plain to my eyes and lacking any hint of sexual attraction. I don't have a type. I like sexy women with a woman's body with a real inner sexual confidence that communicates desire, not like the faux confidence that the bar girls have. I like a woman who has the confidence to do dirty things.
  4. Ahhhh but could they defeat a ham sandwich in battle?
  5. Trump did nothing good for COVID. Injecting yourself with bleach indeed, how could he be so stupid?
  6. Indeed. It would be interesting to see counter arguments from Will to see exactly what is wrong with Trump's ideas. The stuff about Mexican migrants is undoubtedly true, because it is not quantified in any way....some were rapists, some were drug deals and Mexico has some fine people but these rapists, and drug dwellers were not part of their finest. Some people dislike racial profiling....I don't, I think it is a good idea American Americans 15% of the population and 50% of the crimes. It makes sense and uses resources appropriately. The problem is racism in the police force, not profiling. Institutional racism needs eradicating from police force, the judiciary, prison service etc etc.
  7. Trump has been proven fit for office by his successful presidential stint in 2017-2021. If Biden exits, there will be a mass call for his resignation from the presidency, and he has basically said he is not even fit to campaign, let alone burden the responsibility of the presidency. His record in office is abysmal, totally abysmal and if one needs a reason then it is his dementia.....do Amendment 25 him and his grotesquery collection of a of cabinet and administration. What better reason do you need than the migrant crisis, the woke crisis, the abortion crisis that he didn't start but has ignored in his do-nothing fashion, and the wicked economy (and the stock market is not the economy....it is merely over-priced on an historical basis) and he has done zero about inflation which he caused and lied about.
  8. Ahhh I see you have edited the figure down to one million now. Will this be made higher do you think? It might make investors feel a bit more safe.
  9. Is this true....up to I billion. I had thought they introduced total insurance for all accounts after the 1997 crash....but had gradually cut that back to 1 million
  10. What has wiped the ever-present, fake, horse-smile off of Srettha's face? I thought Thailand was already hub of the world and so automatically the hub of finance as well.
  11. If true he has retired disgracefully and without dignity like the selfish angry old demented person he is. As for his record. The Lancet estimates the deaths in Gaza at 186,000....one can quibble whether they are correct, but support for this genocide of 37000 or 186000 innocent lives murdered by Netanyahu's should never have received US support or 2000lb bombs to drop on crowd civilian areas. Israeli actions are truly disgraceful, as bad a Joe Biden's for supporting them. The one;y explanation is that the dementia has robbed him of any morals.
  12. The first supplemental budget of many, I assume.
  13. Look, Richard, there is the cast iron guarantee from the Thai government. You don't seriously think the government would trick people? In 2060, what better guarantee could anyone want than to say the scheme was approved by the government quasi-elected in 2023 ? And this new scheme is for the rural people that want excitement in their lives every Friday.
  14. Yes there is no conflict at all, except that Anutin wants cannabis legalised and the other people in government want it to be restricted like heroin. Absolutely no conflict there that I can see.
  15. I was thinking about buying a pair of cheap elephant pants with my digital wallet. I guess I'll have to settle for a Chinese pair.
  16. I want to get me some of this soft power. Where is it sold? It seems soft power can do anything, even snatch foreigners from their homes to bring them to a major global tourist destination and fleece them with cunning tuk-tuk, no money down, sightseeing tours.
  17. A sad day for Thailand. Borrowing this sum of money is an insanity.
  18. Don't worry JD the Brits have to get the codes from American before they can fire any of their nukes. I wonder why they are spending over 1000 billion pounds to update the weapons when they can't even fire them independently.
  19. Tulsi's the gal for me. She's seen war and is an unimpeacable non warmonger.
  20. Wow, awesome! Time Magazine? Really really awesome for Trump. Is he with Biden on the cover....you know to show unity?
  21. When you think about it, it is like Biden saying his grandad was eaten by cannibals and all the other useless crap he talks about. The ultimate fake human, scratch him and there is plastic there and a label saying made in China.
  22. Sounds like a quality piece of research.
  23. These Trump haters are so sad. The type that shoot the bullets and try to kill Trump come from their ranks. Thank goodness Trump survived and thrived.
  24. Ahhh the DOJ don't mind politicising things so long as they are doing the politicising.
