About 25 years ago I developed a frozen shoulder on my left side. Luckily I had it treated by a surgeon, as second opinion after a doctor who had given two steroid injections recommended surgery. I second opinion, who was the shoulder surgeon for the US Olympic team, fixed it up magically with a steroid injection that looked like it was for a horse It was 35 mls. I commented on the size of the injection (a combination of steroid plus stent medium and long term anaesthetics) and he told me that the normal shoulder takes 25mls without discomfort and what he wanted to do was to build up pressure in the shoulder joint too break the adhesion apart. I walk out of his office pain free for the first time in about 3 years and never had even a twinge of pain for about 23 years. Unfortunately I am also a diabetic and the frozen shoulder has recurred and I cannot now lay on my left side, and the pain wakes me up when I shift side when I am asleep. My previous experience with the frozen shoulder means that I really want to repeat the experience with the mega injection and now bother with any small 5 ml injections, manipulations, surgeries and the like. I have read about hydo-dilation as a superior treatment to conventional treatments in diabetics on the Harvard Medial website. My personal guideline is that if the nudity is attractive and raises organs then it is not only acceptable but desirable. If the nudity is offensive i.e. done with one or other partner being ugly, short, fat, gross, old etc then it is never acceptable under any circumstances. I used to be attractive naked but since putting on an about 20kg, I have become less attractive than before and hence reduce my naked balcony play to the dusk, evenings and hours of darkness.
