My understanding is that farangs on visas cannot get permits for guns. If the permits are in his wife's name he is allowed to fire the guns at a shooting range, and to transport the guns there if his wife is with him. We have guns and were advised by the police that if burglars break in to the property she is the one that has to handle the guns. I asked about if burglars killed my wife first and were trying to kill me, could I shoot them, and didn't get an answer. But there have been reports of people being locked in their cars when the batteries catch fire and the computer presumably fries. I don't like the sound of that really. The video told me things I had already predicted....1) efficiency turning coal or gas into electricity into power for your car vs turning petrol directly into power is inherently less efficient 2) real world battery life, I knew the manufacturers would cheat, especially in a hot climate, try to get them to honour your 8 years warranty when your battery has degraded by 45% and your range is poxy, you'll get a surprise. 3) real world range would be less than predicted, especially in cold weather. No all businesses including car manufacturers lie, cheat and steal....fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
