  1. Will they allow someone not staying there park there car? Could always ask of course. Thx for the tip.
  2. I have hospital visits at BPH, but our Hotel is in Soi Buakhao. First we wanted to go by Bus to Pattaya but all Buses from here are totally booked, so the only option (as my first appointment at BPH is on Monday) is driving ourselves. So we arrive in Pattaya, park the car, go to the Hotel and then use Bolt or ... to go from the Hotel to the BPH and back, and when we are done (I have no idea after how many days) we pickup the car, drive to the hotel check out and go back home.
  3. I wrote in the 2nd Post that I am willing to go from Just find a safe place to park.
  4. Thx, I thought about that one, but last time I was there they had a sign up "No overnight Parking"
  5. Yes, but I am asking for where to Park the Car when staying at the Hotel. I only need to visit a Doctor at BPH regularly (once every day or every other day) NO admittance.
  6. Ko Si Chang? In between Pattaya and Chonburi? https://wikitravel.org/en/Ko_Si_Chang https://goo.gl/maps/TBPghR4u4CFzs8Zy9
  7. Or nearby? Like from Soi Buakhao (near Klang) till South Pattaya road or from Soi Buakhao till North Road. TiA
  8. What I wrote in that topic below was this (This link has all the details) https://www.thaipbsworld.com/service-fees-for-household-and-small-business-electricity-use-to-be-cut-jan-apr/ to read about it, because the AN post (which I linked to above) writes about the decrease in service charge but NOT about what is going to hurt and that is the massive increase in Ft (per UNIT) (which could be as much as 2 THB PER UNIT)
  9. On here of course ???? That was the Increase in FT you experienced, It is going to increase even more that Ft surcharge (could be up to 2 THB per Unit) More details in the posts below (1st one is the original topic 2nd one more detailed)

  12. We have to go to Pattaya for a Hospital visit, now the hotel we will be staying in informed us that they only have a small Car Park which is usually full, but we never went by car always by Bus etc (but all the the Buses are already full up so we have to go by Car) So my question is, do you guys know a Safe (pay per day no problem) car park near Soi Buakhao? Thx
  13. Thx. Never heard about Indrive, but the situation has changed a bit since I posted this. We are going to drive our own car to Pattaya because all the Buses to Pattaya from here are FULL (maybe because of Dec 5th???) so Taxi we not no need any more but really appreciate the replies
  14. I don't care at all about the ROI that was never my intention when starting with Solar, but I don't know if you noticed but electricity is only getting more and more expensive. Watch your Electricity Bill next month with a prospective increase (not 100% sure yet) of around 2 THB per UNIT so to around 5-6 THB per UNIT. This will hurt a lot of people. Just have a look at this thread by @007 RED and his return on investment if you are looking for ROI but you need to be able to install it yourself https://aseannow.com/topic/1273863-1st-anniversary/ 3.9 THB per unit is ONLY if you stay under a certain limit (< 300 units per month approx) and the discount that people where getting STOPS this MONTH. Full price and more are coming next month.
  15. Thanks @sungod The last time we were there and I had to visit BPH often we paid 400 for a return trip (Taxi meter but of course not using the meter so +/- 200 THB return would be a bargain. Will take your advice and install the Bolt app. Thx again
  16. I haven't been in Pattaya for a while and I need to visit Bangkok Pattaya Hospital on a regular basis and will be staying on Soi Buakhao. What is the best Taxi to go from Soi Buakhao to BPH and back (and what would it cost approx) I have the Grab app on my phone, but I don't know if there any better ones around? Another option would be of course, down from Klang to Sukhumvit and then wait for a white Taxi Edit: Not recommend a Moto'cyle taxi please.

  18. As expected NO use that Helpdesk. This is the email I received. I replied, I ....... did all that and it still arrived as Transfer from Local Bank. ????
  19. I know that it can take days / hours and I also know about the 2pm settling time I have done many transfers alreday but just the last couple arrive from within Thailand. i again send them an email asking why and to tag my account but I don’t have a high regard of their helpdesk as the last email I send they replied something about that money hasn’t arrived and what to do about that while the money was already in the account here in Thailand. i urged them to read the email again and they then come up with some … that I have to go to Kasikorn bank
  20. I just did another transfer 30.000 THB with Buying Property specified as Reason, and it arrived almost instantly and at BKK Bank it said "Transfer from A/C at other bank" thus NO FTT (again)
  21. None of my Transfers to BKK Bank are arriving as FTT anymore even though I specify "Funds for Long Term Stay", BUT must say haven't tried "Buying Property" will try that on the next transfer.
  22. AM for you for us it's PM ????
