I have an account still in Pattaya and moved to Buriram, and I withdraw money from the ATM via the Bank App on my Phone (cardless withdrawal) and I didn't have to pay any fees for that. If you use an ATM card then you pay (I believe) 15 THB per withdrawal. You cannot move the account to your new province, what you do is open a new account in the new province and then have them transfer the money to the new account. But this will cost you (AFAIK) 150 THB per 100.000 THB transferred. Now I leave my Pattaya account dormant but still have approx 10K in there so it doesn't get closed. Withdrawal via the Cashier in another province then where your account is located will also incur fees. How much I am not sure. Another solution for you is open the account in the new province and then via Internet Banking transfer money from the OLD account to the New account

That is IMHO not a reason to don’t give bridge mode. AFAIK when the ISP router is in Bridge mode, the router ceases to be a router and is just a converter from Fiber to Ethernet. After that your own router (in my case a pfsense router) will do all the work. So if their device doesn’t work in Bridge (most certainly possible) just give the user a device that converts Fiber -> Ethernet and the PPoE username and password just a rant sorry

Oke coming back to my original question. will that device I linked to in the OP convert the 3BB Fiber signal to Ethernet or is there another device I need to buy. its just a test if it works ???? if not ????

I have asked them over the two years we have them at least a dozen times and they always refused. No reason given. We even tried to bribe the techie but to na avail. edit: they can just givr me a ONT and the ppoe username and pwd and I will do it myself. That is why the OP. Don’t want to wait any longer. ????

Thx, but That is the way I already have it but I want to get rid of Double Nat 3bb - 192.168.1.0/24 lan - 10.0.0.0/24 and another reason I just don’t trust ISP routers, I recently found out that the ToT router in our old house has ports open and there I have a Public Ip (not CGNAT like 3BB) and they also don’t want to put it in Bridge mode ???? not a real issue in the old house for now as it only serves wifi to my BIL and nothing else is connected

3Bb is unwilling to put my Fiber modem/router into bridge mode. So suppose I can find the PPoE password can I then use a device like this https://www.invadeit.co.th/product/wired-networking/tp-link/gigabit-wdm-media-converter-tl-fc311b-2-p057339/ to plug in the Fiber from 3BB and then connect it to my own router (Pfsense) and thus I can put the 3Bb router into the “round archive” ???? would that work?? Or ….

In our old house we have 30/100 supply and we get discounts all the time. (Low usage, last months bill 30 units used 0 THB to pay) AFAIK it has to do with usage. Above 500 units used no discount or only a wee bit.

More likely the PEA itself noticing the meter spinning backwards. In our area they often (2-3 times a year) come by to cut down the trees that can cause damage to the power lines. They came by last week but no issues for us as we are away and the installation is shut down during the period we are away. our install is not visible from the road and also no neighbors can see it.

Ooh chips! How did they found out? They saw the meter spinning backwards? We are away for a extended period and our system is turned off for that same reason (don’t want them to see the meter spinning backwards).

Good for you but mine recently again showed up (in the BBL SMS) as deposit via Mobile and not AUTO. the transfer reason was set as “long term funds”. I already send them an email to flag my account again, it succeeded last time but for whatever reason it failed again. edit: I don’t have a Uk account the money is funded via a European bank account

Re: More Wise transfer to Bangkok Bank static....showing as local and not international I had the same happen to me, I then contacted them via their online help forms and it was put right again. (This was 2-3 months again) But this weeks and previous week have transfers have both arrived as local (Mobile it says in the BBL SMS). They were both well over 50k THB and send as Long Term Stay funds (or whatever it's called) Have send them an email (replying to their OLD email they send me) AGAIN
