I have been to Bangkok Bank weeks ago and did the face scan etc and they said it's alright, but the new Mobile Bangkok Bank APP has a feature to check the status and for me it fails but for my wife (who did the face scan on the same day as I did) its all oke So I am going back to the BANK and ask what is going one -

Which version of Word are you running? And which version of Word is the other person running? Ask the person to send you the file while saving it as "Word 97-2003 Document (*.doc)" and try again -

Does it say approved? When you get the email right after application it's just proof that you submitted it. AFAIK after it's approved you will get another Email with the same document but with added your next reporting date

Your girlfriend can visit the local (village) hospital (called Anamai or Thai อนามัย ) with the 5 year old free of charge and if it's serious they will then refer her to the Local Bigger Hospital.
