Nah no way.. not an option for me. Sorry..
thx though
edit: my wife, who is of course going with me, already said, if everything fails (read IO) then she goes with NCA back home, goes to IO and then following day back on the bus ????
That means sending my passport to them which I already explained in the OP that I’d rather NOT do.
BIL has done it for me before but with passport in hand.
edit: are you saying passport is NOT needed?
Shouldn't be a problem if only a couple of days.
But your situation is completely different to the reason why I opened this topic as I am not leaving Thailand.
I am just not be able to visit my IO to do my 90 day report because I will be around 500km away (but still in Thailand)
My wife has Type 2 diabetes and I have bought a Accu Chek Guide Set at a one of those bigger Pharmacies (Boots / Watson).
You can also buy them at Lazada for example, but we like to buy it at a retail store as we hadn't any experience with it and the Pharmacist explained everything.
The Set came with Lancets and test strips and the Device. It's powered by 2 CR2032 (those round batteries) and it lasts a long time.
Price for everything around 2000 THB (but this is 1 - 2 years ago already)
I have / had no idea that was / is possible. That’s why this thread ????
edit. And no one will be home to receive it, but can / will address the return envelope to the BIL house.
will ask them tmrw
Thx. But my issue is thus, that if it doesn’t work and keeps saying pending I will have a problem as I am unable to go to IO as I will be 500kms away ????
Good for you.
The old system worked for me 100%, but the new system never every time I tried and that is why I opened this topic because I want to have alternatives because I will be 400km+ away and thus not able to visit the IO
the question is about Buriram IO especially..
I will have to stay in Pattaya due to circumstances for (probably) a longer period of time.
Now I will go to Pattaya approx 3 weeks before my 90 day report is due and as 90 day online reports are (what I have read) not accepted by Buriram IO (and I also had no luck submitting the online report) what are my options to still do my 90 day report.
I thought of sending my passport to the BIL and he then can do the 90 day report but I am totally hesitant to send my passport via EMS for example.
Any thoughts?

It’s AFAIK called HDPE pipe.
You have have I believe 2 kinds, 1 for water, which has a blue stripe and 1 for electric, which has a red stripe.
The one for water is more expensive
You have them in many sizes as small as 32mm to as big as 1-2m.

edit: these are readily available for example at DoHome
IF you have it (TM6 that is ) (I still do because I haven't left the Country in almost 5 years) you fill that in, if you don't have it don't fill it in. IO will understand
This is the form you have to sign when getting an extension at Immigration
There is a difference between overstaying getting caught by IO or going to Immigration (for example flying out)
One advice if you do overstay, don't get caught!
I personally would be a lot happier if I did this before flying out at a local Immigration Office.
For example a Re-Entry, yes it's possible at the Airport, but whatif the queues at the Airport are as long as a couple of months ago you would be rushing to get your plane only without the time of be able to do any thing extra.
Of course it's up 2 you.
PS: This is just my 2 cents and what I would do.
Best of Luck and do post your experiences whatever you do.
