When Cavett attempts to bring Miller into the conversation Powell tries to shut him down by saying it's his show. Miller quite rightly states it's Cavett's show and then proceeds to give his views which Powell tries to twist. Powell, like Farage and Peterson impress some people because they seem intellectual even when their arguments don't hold up. They appeal to some people's biases which always attracts the unthinking and uncritical.

Demonstrably untrue in both cases. Watch the whole interview on Youtube and you'll see how first Powell tries to stop Miller debating him by saying "This is my show" then twists several of Miller's points with the old "so what you're saying is..." trick. Miller rightly calls him out on it. As for Peterson, well he's a slippery snake. But who better than a clinical psychologist to manipulate the weak. He fools no right-minded person.

Not per se but flavour can increase in line with alcohol content due to the increased amount of fermentable sugars needed.

Some cheaper fruit beers are just beer-flavoured soda but if you buy something like a Kriek Lambic (cherry) it's pure nectar.

There are a number of reasons to pour. It lets the beer oxygenate which imparts flavour, lets carbonation out to let it settle, creates a head in some beers and provides a better way of gauging the aroma, to name a few. Of course none of this matters if you just want to get drunk. ????

I'm not above drinking out of a can if necessary but always have new beers in a glass to see the colour.

The cans are lined so you shouldn't get a metallic taste from them.

They use three different hops so there's a slight difference in flavour profile. The Yellow Sub was a bit fruitier as I recall.
