    Good post, thanks. However,I would imagine that the embarrassment of disclosing any fault with regard the RTN would be too much for the Defence Ministry to handle.

    The political scene in Thailand is disgraceful.....and beyond a joke! However.....as usual, the Thai people will grin and take whatever is served...without question!

    Of course, the driver won't pay this ludicrous bill......! But then he could counter claim for the useless way safety guard rails have been installed.......a cyclist would likely do similar damage!

    One day Thailand will realise that sewage treatment plants actually work....one day they'll learn how to build them without massive corruption.

    The authorities always seem to do this at inopportune times...whether to annoy residents by showing their authority....or because of Monet reasons. With tourism struggling everywhere....adding to travellers inconvenience is not the way to do things. And we all know what happens in the end....after months of delays..budgets exhausted...the works are never completed properly....and don't talk about the clean up!

    So the students that cheated get a slap....the cops that implemented the cheating...for money or whatever...don't get slapped! While this batch of cheaters got found out....hundreds of other cops that "passed"...are out there....and have learnt that corruption works
