Where I am near Cha Am, there are few red plated vehicles that have had these plates for 6-7 years...there are many vehicles with no plates....and of course, 2 stroke, old smokey motorcycles!

If this report is right...then obviously the banks have withdrawn their sanctions on Russians using international banking. If this is the case, then it's another "birdie" finger for sanctioning countries.

Anywhere else in the civilized world, selling the personal information of citizens, I'm assuming bank details, card numbers, addresses etc, is a criminal offense with large fines. and gaol time. Attempting to bolster everyone into believing things are improving, when in reality, things are failing, is stupid! This government has been there for 8 years almost.....education, quality employees, financial stress and monopolies ....major contributors to Thailand' failing systems!

Australia and other countries do not exist..Thailand is the center of the universe and monopolies are what it's all about. The bill will fail!
