    This is not the time of year to see it at its best.... packed with tourists, the locals reveling in making money and greed abounding. You may be ready for a move out to the darkside, or heaven forbid, off to Nakhon Nowhere village.

    They were freely available in Pattaya and probably Bangkok... I did hear tough to find rural. Not seen any Omicron updated ones, that is true. I don't think any Western tourists are interested in their vaccinations, so we know who this is aimed at.

    But mores than Jerry, Sam and John I guess which is what they are called from day one. Surely you find some of the local given names a mouthful... I am often surprised to see real Thai names on F.B or such, when I know them by some simple syllable.. that looks nothing like their given spelling challenge. .

    I buy some of the brands mentioned here, usually from Oz or Nz that are of a similar taste to UK ones, Branston too. But I avoid anything that might come from some questionable factory in India or Bangladesh... no concept of hygiene, and odd tasting.

    Not just in Thailand.... watching the UK news and shoppers were being let into Boxing Day sales and half of them had their phones raised recording heaven knows what for nobodies to watch!

    Just a soft bodied pedestrian to hit, who likely will dive out of the way, at a pedestrian crossing, at traffic lights it is a cement mixer who certainly won't.

    Just the crowd who cover up cheapness by claiming they are keeping fit and active. And turning up at destinations sweaty, scruffy and smelling off their best!

    Strangely enough my Mrs does, as does her 85 year old mother.. real books, with writing not pictures! Member of a local library.

    The Chinese have been telling us lies wrt Covid for 3 years now.... but I saw video reports today backing up current statements of high infections, deaths and hospitalizations of elderly....

    A USA pal of mine was denied due to a current alimony dispute... we needed him on the job just over the border in Mexico!

    I found it was mostly bikes giving me the problem, and they were fast moving so I felt vulnerable....Arunothai is usually slow moving...ignorant people.
