Actually, there are three solutions. Wasabi, as mentioned, best to grind your own from fresh--Japanese grocery. Circe sells truly excellent frozen fresh horseradish. Makro (& Peng Lee in Asok fresh market) have both yellow & black mustard seeds. Here's my recipe: Grind up half & half yellow & black mustard seeds in a blender with Bragg's apple cider vinegar to fairly dry consistency. Add the same quantity of (unfrozen, obviously) Circe fresh horseradish. Add ACV to desired consistency. Wicked good!

Okay, yeah, yeah. It can be a PITA. But there are often legitimate reasons why a cabby won't go. He has a set time to get the cab back or he gets fined. Traffic is so horrendous, he's losing money on your fare. Lastly, your own safety. When you reach for that phone, your smiling Thai is reaching for that tire iron or machete from under his seat! Use your common sense.

Had terrific luck with Essilor Crizal Prevencia. Presumably the blue-blocking is a coating but mine have anti-glare, anti-scratch, too. At least eight years for mine. (often clean them with my shirttail!)
