    So it would be a good idea for any one who is buying a lease to include a childs name? If they don't want to life here they could still rent the property out?

    Interesting,i do not have any answers but maybe it is because a lot of factors are involved? Climate,hours of daylight,density of the population, even diet can make a difference? I am sure one day this all be will be answered but it will take some studies.

    I know a guy who is older already and he has a 30 year lease but his daughter is also on the contract ,no idea how that would workout but if it is legal then she will be able to use the property after he is no longer here

    So if Trump would be elected how would that play out? He would not have clearance to drive a school bus but he could be president with severe restrictions? Clearly some laws need to be changed,should have been changed a long time ago?

    No just long over due,from time to time laws need to be amended. Nobody has foreseen a thing like this would ever happen but it has to be dealt with,just to keep up with the times. Don't you agree?

    I am not saying anything else, except the leaves work really well for me,we make it into edibles and i use it to sleep. So there for i believe there is enough THC in there to give me a good buss.

    Not enough info here,the two were working at 4.40 am? did they own the bike or was it a rental? Of course that does not take away from the gravity of yet another lethal motorbike accident there. Yet speeding again!
