No not misleading at all!No where have i said you need to go to another country. You can contact a lawyer in any country of the world from within Thailand. I do a lot of business from here with someone who lives in another country and i do not have to go there myself. It is called communication and it is done by many people all over the world!

No i am not saying that at all but you will have to arrange to make a will for that specific foreign country. My post earlier already mentioned that.

Correct,only for assets over here. If you have assets in another country you will need to make a separate will for that country ,in that country.

I just made my last will not too long ago using a Thai Lawyer. I have no last will for my assets over seas but that will be dealt with under that countries inheritance laws. There will not be a lot left there any ways. I have seen some opinions where people think that saying"all of my assets in Thailand or abroad i will leave to so and so" That is not good enough,Thai law can only deal with anything inside of Thailand.

Thai law for anything inside Thailand. Foreign law for anything outside Thailand. Need to make a Thai will for assets here and a foreign will for what ever is outside of Thailand.

Not off topic i think,6 million Jews where killed after the countries surrendered to hitler. It is called ethnic cleansing and it is what putin said he wants to do to the Ukrainian people.

Contrary to what some individuals on here are suggesting the sanctions against Russia are working! If people care to look and find independent news sources and videos then you will see it is not all peaches and cream in Russia. The Russian economy did look up but that was not sustainable. Have a look at the performance of Gazprom. Russia is almost giving their natural gas away to get some money from it. Natural gas is a by product of oil production and the gas needs to be removed before the oil can be extracted. So if you can sell oil and not gas then you will have to burn that gas in order to get rid of it.
