Yes and no,this looks great on paper but go talk to ordinary people over there. It is really bad and it will get a lot worse. Not enough people left to do the work on the farms and in factories. No maintenance being done, teachers in hiding, smart people fleeing the country. Lots of videos on You tube about how life really is for most russians.

Is there CCTV that captured it? If it is as you say and he is guilty of this then YES, of course he needs to pay for it. Where did it happen, what town? Go make a report and see what happens.

“The forest was shrinking but the trees kept voting for the axe, for the axe was clever and convinced the trees that because his handle was made of wood he was one of them.” It will turn out to be a bit like this but a lot of people can not or will not see it.

Yes a showdown is coming! -
That only shows how little territory the russians have gained,if they keep going at this pace it will be 24 years before they get anywhere! It comes at a very high cost for the russians and the Ukrainian army makes sure to inflict as much damage as they can. Russia will not be able to keep this up and it looks like a push to make putin look strong before the elections are over. Moldova did the right thing and it looks like they will be joining the EU and NATO. Putin will not like this at all!NATO on his doorstep, will he now do an all out attack on Moldava? He can't.

Private car blocks emergency vehicle, patient dies in Samut Prakan
jvs replied to snoop1130's topic in Central Thailand News
You are so right and the people in power do nothing about it. I believe the fine is 500 baht. Tomorrow a few wai's,"i am so sorry"(but not really)and we can wait for the next similar incident. When will the Thai people wake up? Oh yes,i forgot. "mai pen rai". So much for some people using the stupid argument that sometimes the ambulances are using lights and sirens when there is no patient inside.- 107 replies

Trade ins trade up, whatever its called
jvs replied to sometime's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
Not many dealers here do trade ins, better to find a buyer on your own. Toyota does buy back their own brand but only recent vehicles, anything over 3 years will be a problem. Toyota Sure is the name of places where they sell second hand cars and trucks. Usually they sell with warranty but the prices are premium. What kind of truck do you have and how old?Second hand market is really slow lately and prices are down! -
Buying a house without using a lawyer
jvs replied to OnTheLash's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
Make sure who ever it is that is selling the house is also the owner. Do they have the chanote at hand? Take some one who buys and sells a lot and give them some cash to help you. From a Thai seller to a Thai buyer should be straight forward but there is cheating going on all the time. They may have some one at the land office who is willing to help you. -

More Than 70,000 Soldiers Fighting for Russia Have Now Been Killed
jvs replied to Social Media's topic in The War in Ukraine
Would that make a difference? Soon the North Koreans will be adding to those numbers. Around 40 of them have died already for Putin,a lot more will die before Kim realises he has been screwed over by Putin. -
ok, i see what you want to do there. You do not need that size pump!It is too big for what you need. We water around four rai and we have a 2 inch pump and more water then we need. I would go for the dcpm26,you will only need 72 volts and 1100 watt. That pump should give you around 20 000 liters (on average) per hour. Lets say 5 hours a day? 100 000 liters per day! top of my head around 40mm per sq meter per day. That should be plenty because you do not need to water everything everyday. Imo you can save a lot of money by choosing a smaller pump. Remember on good days you will have 6 to 8 hours of sun per day and when the sun does not shine you will need less water.

Latest developments and discussion of recent events in the Ukraine War
jvs replied to Rimmer's topic in The War in Ukraine
No more denying it now! Any comment? Kim is not going to like this at all! His soldiers are not going home alive,no glory in dying for putin. -
You can start by looking at the voltage of your panels. You need to get close to that,i don't think you need to go over that because you only have a small area to cover. I would say if the panels are 40 volts i would just get 3 panels. That would give you around 1100 watts? That would probably provide plenty of water but if you want the pump to be running more to capacity i would go for bigger(more watts panels) 450 watt panels would do that nicely. There are cheaper places to get your panels,Thaiwatsadu is not that cheap. I bought 450 watt panels for 3500 baht each earlier this year. If the panels are around 30 volt you could get four of those and then 380 watt panels will do the trick.
