Our neighbour has been a headache for years,screaming and making all kinds of threads. It all settled a bit after that but he started again and we have had the Police here a few times in the last months. The last time we all had to go to the station where he yelled and carried on. The officer asked me if i had anything to say and i told him all we want is to be left alone. The officer told him that if he is not going to leave us alone he will keep him there for a few nights so we can have some peace. Over 4 weeks ago now and it has been awfully quiet.
