  1. Go to your Moo Bahn office and enquire there, also ask them to supply you with any relevant permissions needed etc and who you should be talking to about your problem.

  16. Always someone with a landlines in a village. I believe some had telephone boxes too. You can bet the local Amphur and Pu Yai had a phone.
