It mag well have been worth alot more in days gone by as a working rubber farm and going concern. However its now cleared, so its just farmland. You have been with the family long enough to know them. I doubt they would knowingly stiff you ! So, go with your gut !

Forget the weoghts, and machines ! Get back to basics. Get your mobility and flexibility, balance etc back before you even consider any aids or devices. There are loads of follow along videos on you tube. Start there, gentle basics using just your body weight. As you progress you can start to introduce other things LATER . DONT try to push it too much too soon, thats how injuries happen. Take it slow, take is steady, but be consistent.

To my knowledge there is no significant saving to be had "buying in bulk" here. Certainly not enough to warrant the expense buying and running a an independent unit. We just bought a bigger fridge/freezer and the staple items are usually stored to run upto 2-3 months before replenishing. I appropriate appliance is sufficient for a small family, no need for add ons. (IMHO)

Whenever I see something like this the first thing that comes to mind is WHO gets the money ? Which one has the factory or sales outlet etc to get the money from introducing this. They cant (dont) enforce the laws they have in place now without introducing more. Wheres the law enforcement on the mothers and babies, yes babies, being carried arou d on motircycles ? The entire fanily of 4 on a bike ! Helmets rarely worn. Licence that are a joke. The list goes on, get the basicx right and ENFORCE IT ! Until that happens its more meaningless headline grabbing twaddle. More good can come from a proper and effective law enforcement on the highways.

People tend to inflence others generally for one of two reasons, control/ power or MONEY ! Look at most things and it will usually fall into one or the other.

Mmmmmm, well, if you dont believe in it, it doesnt matter why be concerned or waste time debating it. If you do believe in it, what are "you" the average Joe gonna do about it ?probably nothing and anything you do will actually be pretty meaningless to the big picture, so once again why waste time. Be concerned about the things you can change, have the courage to make the changes for the better, and the wisdom to know the difference. ????

Agreed, people can be whoever they want to be, or portay themselves to be hidden behind the safety of a keyboard on the internet. They often say things and react to people in ways they would never do "face to face". Allsorts of wierd and wonderful deceptions and games and just downright fantasy and lies. The internet brings them all.
