Suggestion as someone who built a 2m wall around the property, DONT! nake it a full height block/render. There are now better options. Two suggestions, 1. only do the wall 4 ft. then have some kind of panel on top of the wall between the posts, this will stop it "leaning" or potentially falling over (in years to come), as is so common here. 2 There is a reletively new system that has post and slide in concrete panels. faster and way cheaper.
