England bowler James Anderson says he is "not getting any worse" but his place in the team is "not a given". Anderson, 41, became the first pace bowler to take 700 Test wickets during defeat in the fifth Test in Dharamsala as India sealed a 4-1 series victory. England do not play another Test until a three-match series against West Indies starts on 10 July, followed by three Tests against Sri Lanka. "I'm really excited for the summer," Anderson told the Tailenders podcast. "I want to make sure I'm playing well and earn my place in the team." Anderson, who took 10 wickets in four Tests at an average of 33.5, said he bowled "really well" in India, having struggled to make an impact during last summer's home Ashes against Australia. "I'm not getting any worse," he added. "I'm definitely in the best shape I've ever been in. "I like where my game is at and I still have that enjoyment of turning up every day and trying to get better in the nets. "My place in the team is not a given so I've got to work hard to prove I'm worth a place in the summer." Quiz: How many of Anderson's Test wickets can you name? Tailenders: Anderson on 700 wickets and India tour 'Not the beginning of the end, but the end of the beginning' Anderson said England are "in a good place" going forward under captain Ben Stokes and coach Brendon McCullum, despite the heavy defeat by India. England wing Immanuel Feyi-Waboso has been ruled out of the Six Nations finale against France on Saturday because of concussion. Feyi-Waboso, 21, played a starring role in the 23-22 win over Ireland last weekend, but he reported concussion symptoms on Monday. Attack coach Richard Wigglesworth confirmed Feyi-Waboso will be unavailable for the trip to Lyon. "We don't take any risks with that sort of stuff," Wigglesworth said. "There was no major incident. He had a knock and didn't feel quite right, so he reported the symptoms and then was removed accordingly. "He's obviously gutted, but being the smart lad he is, he reported his symptoms. He did the right thing." The Exeter Chiefs youngster was a probable starter in Lyon after playing a vital role in Marcus Smith's match-winning drop-goal against Ireland with a powerful carry down the wing in the closing stages. Elliot Daly, who started England's opening three games ahead of Feyi-Waboso, is likely to regain his place in the line-up. David Raya settled all lingering arguments about manager Mikel Arteta's judgement and his status as Arsenal's first-choice goalkeeper amid the sound and fury of a dramatic Champions League win over Porto at Emirates Stadium. Raya's uncertain start as replacement for Aaron Ramsdale prompted suggestions that Arteta had attempted to fix something that was not actually broken by bringing in the Spaniard from Brentford to replace the Arsenal fans' favourite who was good enough to play for England. And in the spirit of full disclosure, and before the reminders arrive and large portions of humble pie are thrown in this direction, one of the biggest doubters is right here and must admit to being wrong after witnessing Raya's finest night since arriving at Arsenal. Raya delivered when it mattered most, offering further confirmation of his steady improvement and reliability, with two penalty shootout saves from Wendell and Galeno as Arsenal reached a Champions League quarter-final for the first time in 14 years with a 4-2 win in the shootout after a 1-0 win on the night. Arsenal beat Porto in Champions League Arteta 'insulted my family' claims Porto's Conceicao 'Where we want to be' - Arsenal end 14-year wait It was a tense, nervous, ill-tempered night which will serve as an ideal crash course in the Champions League as Arsenal lept a psychological barrier into the last eight after losing at this last-16 stage in their past seven ventures into the competition. What I find concerning is ONE farang behaves inappropriately, now they appear to have launched an "open season" on ANY Farang to scrutinise, etc. The other side of the fence, a Thai commits a traumatic offence against a farang, and not much appears to follow and depending on how connected they are, if at all. Double standards?

Is it the real problem or your attitude toward it. Seems to me the reasons stated are your excuse to run away because that's the easy way out. Problem is, wherever you go, there you'll be, probably right back to square one in another couple months or a year. Problems are only problems if you allow them to be.Things only bother you if you choose to let them. Do what makes you happy, but I don't think running is your answer.

Becareful, check reputations and ask for references. There are plenty of Indian sweat shops that Bang out template websites very fast and cheaply, you will still have to obtain a domain and hosting to go that route.

And please dont say "as alittle as possible" thats equivalent to how long is a piece of string. Its clear what you want to achieve. What do you want to pay to achieve it ? that will tell you exactly your options. If you'd rather not say in public. PM me.

Liverpool have barely been able to call upon their talisman at all in 2024, with his only appearances coming against Newcastle on New Year's Day and in a cameo off the bench against Brentford last month Mohamed Salah is back in full training with Liverpool ahead of their potential title showdown with Manchester City on Sunday. The Egyptian has only made two appearances for the Reds in 2024, scoring twice in the 4-2 win over Newcastle on New Year's Day and netting after coming off the bench in the 4-1 victory at Brentford on February 17. It was after that game in west London that Salah suffered issues with the hamstring injury that ended his Africa Cup of Nations tournament in January, and he has been forced to watch on in recent weeks as Liverpool have won the Carabao Cup, progressed in the FA Cup and maintained their strong league form. He could now be set for a return to the action in Thursday evening's Europa League last-16 clash with Sparta Prague in the Czech capital, having been pictured with his team-mates in a full session at Liverpool's Kirkby base on Wednesday. Salah was being put through his paces alongside the likes of Dominik Szoboszlai and Darwin Nunez, who both returned from their respective injuries in last weekend's 1-0 win at Nottingham Forest, where Nunez scored a dramatic last-gasp winner. Rory McIlroy showed his class at last year's PGA Championship, after chasing LIV Golf star Brooks Koepka through a car park to congratulate him on his fifth major victory. McIlroy and Koepka have themselves on opposite sides of golf's civil war between the PGA Tour and LIV. The former unanimously pledged his loyalties to the Tour, whilst the latter became one of the biggest names to make the Saudi switch in 2022. On a number of occasions, McIlroy had been hyper-critical of the rival, Saudi-funded league, and those who made the decision to join, previously claiming he would rather 'retire' than join the LIV setup. READ MORE: LIV Golf make final decision on world ranking points in brutal message to OWGR Whilst competing at last year's PGA Championship at Oak Hill though, the Northern Irishman showed there was no bad blood between himself and LIV member, Koepka, who had been crowned champion that week. Episode one of the second season of Netflix's Full Swing docu-series captured the behind-the-scenes moment McIlroy offered his congratulations to his rival, Koepka. "Brooks! Brooks!" McIlroy is heard shouting as he runs towards Koepka in the car park. Catching his attention, the pair then embrace before the European adds: "I am really happy for you." The duo are then seeing going their separate ways before Koepka tells McIlroy: "I'll give you a shout man!" Just moments earlier, the Northern Irishman was seen letting out his frustrations after once again missing out on the major stage. McIlroy has not won a major since his 2014 PGA Championship victory at Valhalla, and it appeared the ongoing wait was beginning to grate on his game. READ MORE
