    Please detail any messages you are seeing or ideally a screenshot. Most common fix would be to clear your cache and cookie and retry or switch browser.

    Typical tracking message, even if it was dutiable it would be collected etc at your local Post Office (usually). As stated above just waiting a day and it will probably show next destination point.

    DIY from Thailand you have to submit and go collect it in Bangkok. An agent does the travelling etc, you don't.
