For foreigners it's more complicated to use another testing facility. For Thais it's easily doable. They can renew their permit everywhere inside Thailand. For myself in Bangkok, I even have to use the correct place. Last time want going to taling, but according to my residental address I had to go to Rama 2. Or of course Mo-Chit as main place, which will work always (not sure only for BKk or as well for non BKK residents).

I think you only put a SWIFT code into the IBAN field...Earlier my bank has this system in case of swift put the swift code into the IBAN field.. but this not meant, that the 2 system were compatible. it's still 2 different systems

It could be, that this is meant like be a real teacher and search for a school who is willing to teach the students.

in the BTS they still announce to wear a mask. It's not mandatory anymore it's only a recommendation. About the older Thay guy who complain a foreigner this week not to wear a mask inside BTS... most of the comments complain the Thai, that it's not mandatory anymore. and it on the person if they want wear or not!

But when you look at the system for example from grab... the delivery person can't know in advance if you really give a tip or not. And I "guess" that they often have a comment you become a tip for extra... but then at the end they will receive no tip at all. There are many "kee niaws" around

I'm fine with that. From this point of view.. you have to understand, that going up an elevator take a lot of extra time which I guess they not become paid. Of course if you pay extra tip than it's another story... About you not become a respond, this mostly I from people who are annoyed from your question and not even interested in answering it (mostly mean no, I won't do it!) As you wrote yourself... some do it other wont do it.. time is money.

At my condo... nothing is allowed to enter without the owner or renter permision. Even big deliveries (Sofa, Frigo), you have to go down to pick them up and let them up in the cargo elevator. And I think that's one kind of security. If the condo let in every person, then in my opinion the security is of no use at all, as everybody can go up and break into your room.

When you leave Thailand without re-entry permit, mean you have to do a new O-visa (or whatever longstay visa you have) outside, before you come back Thailand. In case you come back without, mean when you are at immigration you will be stamped for 30 days (Visa Exempt or whatever you are entitled to). So if you leave after your doing your extension, then the extension will be void. You have to start again! I think it's much simpler to do a re-Entry than a new extension.
