  1. Police have been doing the face loosing thing to crims here for a very long time, nothing wrong with getting the kid to do a few push ups and make him feel an idiot.

  2. Went to the new tyre shop next to Chai Auto sounds on the by-pass a couple of months back, was very happy with the service and price, also the after service(had the tires rotated before a going up to Udon for Songkran), they use nitrogen, first I'd heard of this, they recon it makes a diff and maybe it does, who knows!!

  3. Took the new dog down to the far Nth end of Kata Yai for a dip this morning, got asked by a couple of eastern bloc girls to take a pick for them while they posed and kissed...not a bad start to the day!!

Here come the dockers but Buddy replies

I am hoping the story and kissing continues for the nights end.

    (dont forget the pics)

LOL...I wish, they asked me to take a pic with their phone, they played with the pup(the dog, not a nickname for the little fella) for a while then wandered off to the southern end.

  4. Happens every year and songkran in the village is actualy pleasent unlike songkran in phuket

    Hawks v Dons GF anyone.

Rnd 4's got a few curly ones

    Tiges v Pies ?

    Freo v Dons?

    Blues v Dee's.....cheesy.gif.pagespeed.ce.HaOxm9--Zv.gif alt=cheesy.gif width=32 height=20>

well after the pies were done by the ctas they will be pissed and wanting revenge, tiges might not have enough to stop them and freo at home after being belted will also want to kick some butt but it will be a close game thats for sure especially of chappie is firing

All true, but the Dons have a pretty good record at Subi and I never tire of seeing Freo get beaten..thumbsup.gif

  7. Try shopping in WA on thursday night when they have late night shopping

you would be lucky to get thru the checkout in 10 minutes even in the 8 items or less checkouts

Its no different here than anywhere else,go shopping early when the shops are not busy

Sunday is the worse day to shop here and we never go on sunday

In Perth, supermarket chains are now open until 9 pm every week night, and they also open on Sundays. That was the best day to shop when I was last there.

    Gee that was quiick...NOT

Every time I’ve been back to Perth to visits the family i wondered why they couldn’t stay open latter.

You do not say how close to the pool and whether it is completely in the shade, but if its at least 30cm away with a few rays of sunshine now and then I would try Malaysia grass (coarse with shooters, grows in the shade) and use a lawnmower with a bag.

My idea. Malaysian grass (ya malay) survives everything and is low maintenance.

maybe try that when it starts raining again. it doesn't look great but probably better than what i have now

i thought of crushed granite too but very uncomfortable to walk on

We got the Malaysian grass and it's ok, grows well in the shaded areas to, I got them to dig out aprox 5/6 inches of the crap topsoil we had and put down some decent soil, the grass's has taken well in all parts of the yard (shaded areas as well) and needs cutting about once a month.
