Nope, flying back next month..... Years ago the soot and black particles use to fall like snow..... It seems less and less impactful as the years pass by.....The fields around our Mu-baan are harvested, plowed under, and reseeded again, = no burning - so somebody's getting the memo..... Typical day in TH.....Walk a shared dog & hit our home gym just enough to feel a light burn in the morning..... Afternoon/evening 5-10k bicycle ride.... Easy on the knees & helps coordination and balance.....I can still bend over & flatten my palms against the ground.... 194cm @ 94-100kg..... No pot belly, no smoking, but will have a drink (moderately).....We don't do club/bar scene stuff.... Although..... We are currently in the US and just got off a cruise ship = weight feels like it gained.....Only walking while here.....I usually intermittently fast, but haven't been since arriving here...

No - but I played competitive / tournament sports until 70..... It was just a quick move.... I crossed a street at the corner....On the other side was a large advertising sign blocking off vision like a tunnel.....2 men were sitting at the curb I had to walk between them.... Another jumped ahead of me walking slowly and glanced back at the two guys at the curb who fell in behind me each with one hand in a pocket.....When we reached the most obscured area the guy in front of me stopped putting his arms out to block/stop me while the others closed in.....To my right was a retaining wall at about a 45' angle....I jumped around his extended arm & used the wall to bounce around him....When I was back in daylight I turned to see the 3 talking and looking at me....I smiled at them and kept walking.....If he had bumped back at me to physically stop me he was going down, but that wasn't needed..... I'm a fairly big guy , so the agility probably surprised them...... I was already alert because someone had just tried to pick pocket me.... This was in Bacolad PI....

Naah hardly.... They were deceived/judging by my gray hair....I out maneuvered them....It was close proximity & I dodged around the # 1 positioned lead man - he telegraphed the scenario....I could still make that move today @78 in that particular set of circumstances....

Thailand = no Had 3 guys try to triangle me in a shaded area in PI - within 15 minutes after somebody tried to pick my pocket = I smacked their arm & kept walking.....Then outmaneuvered the triangulation.... Upon my very first arrival in LOS one time I stupidly got staggering drunk & was latched onto by a freelancer....She kept leading me down a maze of dark streets off the beaten path while constantly calling and updating somebody about location or reception.....My instincts kicked in that nothing felt right or safe so I staggered away and back to my hotel.....I might have staggered away from the best night ever, or a mugging - don't know..... Now that I have settled into family life I'm more tuned into overseeing & guiding/protecting 2 stunningly beautiful young ladies, my daughters.....

We have rescued street cats.... I lost my best buddy, my Bangkaew dog last May....He was an apex soi dog that I rescued - I think a snake got him.... I help a neighbor with another soi dog I rescued & she took in....I might take him over when we get back, or get another Bangkaew (puppy).... We have a house with an ok xixe yard...

For a short time my ex and I had a Morgan cart show horse which we showed..... At a horse show in Monterey Kim took an interest in our horse and we had a nice conversation.....Her husband was a veterinarian..... They were genuine, nice, not flashy, interesting, unrushed, and friendly.....

Probably right where we are now....We have an RV & car stored in Texas..... A ready made "home" all outfitted and ready to go on adventures, or use stationary.... I no longer have use for big homes or big land which end up needing 365 days of maintenance that I don't enjoy..... I hold on to them at minimal cost to have a landing spot, if needed..... All I have to do is show up, hook up, buy groceries, and make a few arrangements..... At 78 I see no joy getting, equipping, & furnishing another house....

Here's the last couple of days....Jok, spinach with mushrooms, tomato, and garlic, avocado.... Asparagus the day before.... With fried eggs, sourdough toast & pork + I snuck in some Eggo waffles with buttered syrup.....Milk & tea to wash it down.....

There are sellers that make a living cleaning & selling flooded vehicles.....Unless you have the ability to pull a door panel to examine the "well" area of the door beware of tent sellers & auction vehicles..... In Chiang Mai the auction lot fills up with cars like clockwork 2-3 weeks after large flooded areas are in the news....

Try changing sorry to I make/made a mistake... That's how my wife phrases it either as a statement or a question if I point something out.... I don't sweat trivial gafs..... It's easy to pick somebody apart by pointing out their mistakes or what you perceive is a transgression..... Most Thai women just want to please 95% of the time..... You take that away from them you get what you deserve..... Personally, I couldn't live with someone pointing out my flaws? or honest mistakes, then demanding that I apologize...... She must be at a disadvantage, I would have told you fk off - goodbye after a short while..... Being constantly judged & waiting for the next hammer blow is a terrible way to live.....In any society....
