  1. He's been gone for years---so when did you supposedly see him??
  2. Silly comparison.. comparing a few farang assistants to an actual foreign police force is nonsensical.
  3. Oh dear...shades of Hongkong. I'm sure Chinese tourists will just love having Chinese police monitor them when on holiday. Maybe Russian and Indian police will be invited also......
  4. I have changed it just for you..nice?
  5. Now 321 pages of absolutely useless bickering, mostly between a few individuals. All these posts will have no bearing on the future outcome of the region (whichever side you back), so once again just a bunch of bickering egos. Bit sad really.
  6. Nah--its an england staple
  7. You said you are one month into 1 year retirement, which was taken as you renewed your retirement extension one month ago...if this is not the case then please explain what you mean't.
  8. No, if you are now one month after renewal, you should have 800k and if indeed you have gone below 800k within 3 months after your new extension was granted. then you are going to have problems at next renewal, as they look at your bank records going back to your renewal date. See the post you replied too. It gives the months and amounts.
  9. Definitely seems like it. But don't worry, and take heart that other posters will put you right.
  10. Ripoff...absolute rubbish
  11. If you like it that much, see if he'll go for 6 months rent up front, with normal 2 mths deposit.
  12. Honestly don't see the sense of this thread topic, unless the OP wanted to solicit idiotic comments for some reason.
  13. DG are about 17 baht per capsule, if you use DG capsules and not Starbucks capsules. But starbucks work out at about 27 baht per coffee. Also wondering why you think 28 baht for a coffee is expensive?.
  14. Care to elaborate why you think it's rubbish.
  15. This post is a tad ridiculous...but "to each their own".
  16. Yes but you are getting 30 coffees for the price of about 10 coffees in a coffee shop and a lot more at Starbucks. great value.
  17. Have to disagree with you that pods are expensive. I have a Dolce Gusto pod machine (similar to Nespresso, just pod size is different). I like Espresso coffee and buying a box of really delicious Arabica Espresso capsules works out to only 17 baht a coffee, and made in approximately 2-3 minutes..piping hot (box of 16 is 276 baht). So excellent pricing. And for people that like Starbucks, then the Espresso capsules (columbian) work out at 32 baht a coffee (box of 10 = 329 baht). Great taste also.......just about to have one after dinner. Also my DG machine which has never missed a beat in 4 years, was only 1900 baht during a covid promotion (not 44k).
  18. Cricket and Baseball not much different---understatement of the year. Next you'll be telling us there is not much difference between AFL and NFL.
  19. Do you live under a rock by any chance.
  20. Even after 7 months, this thread is still the silliest of the year. Not sure who's being scammed here.
  21. Hard to believe its 34 years tomorrow since the Seacrest sunk in the Gulf. For a few of us a good friend was lost that day. Just a reminder how cruel nature can be sometimes.
  22. Still befuddled...$4000.00 is no where near 800k baht??
  23. Yes of course you can, but do we really need another 800k in the bank thread.
