Thank you. Appreciated.

I have issues that might be helped by physio, so anymore info on the clinic would be helpful. I looked at their website and it looks clean and professional. So from what you've seen, and the service you've received, do you feel its a proper and legitimate clinic with qualified therapists. Would appreciate your thoughts. Thank you.

Fixed bank deposit pattaya
couchpotato replied to roobaa01's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
A 'Fixed Deposit' is just that..a fixed amount for a fixed period. I believe it is not possible to add during the fixed period, unless cancelling the old deposit and renewing. I know this is true at Bangkok bank. So please explain how you can add to your Fixed Deposit. -

read my post---the IO only suggested this...you do what you will.

Oh dear!......The boarding pass has your flight date, and if an IO wishes to see something (in lieu of the TM6) then this could be useful. As I posted the IO only suggested this. Don't be so negative.
-
From your post it seems you haven't travelled outside Thailand for a long time, so your TM6 is still valid from the last time you arrived, which is why they didn't discard it. For people coming now (since 1st July I believe) there is no TM6 requirement, and the IO can refer to the entry stamp date in the passport if they want/need to check. I know this from first hand experience. TIP for all:::::::As many people have found out, the Airport IO requires to see your boarding pass (in lieu of the TM6) upon entry. My local IO also suggested keeping your latest boarding pass, as proof of entry date (if ever required). Sounds a sensible idea.

And of course no vinegar added (yuk) and the egg keeps nice and round..no breaking up. And best part it takes less than 5 minutes from breaking eggs to taking the first bite. A winner for me.

Its like piercing the top of a microwave dinner. If you don't it might blow up and splatter the microwave (first time it happened, what a mess).

My little poacher thingy. Break eggs (one or two, up to you). Add smidge of water and pierce yolk, close top and microwave on low power about 2-3 minutes (first pic). Second pic is two lovely eggs on rye toast with added pepper.

This scenario is probably a first for Aseanow thread, so will be interesting on what replies you get. My feeling is that it would be hard for them to understand, but with patience it would be achievable. One point that may help. My Embassy will stamp/sign a personal affadavit, for certain things, that you may have lost/or don't have (ie: old school records for a WP etc). With an Embassy stamped affadavit (which sets out the name change scenario), it would probably carry more weight when explaining to immigration. Some of the supporting documents might have to be translated (but thats easy). Will be interesting to see how you do...good luck

So what is better, if monovision is not apparently the best. What did you go with? Thanks

Was there yesterday checking on other things as well as cataract surgery. The price quoted for one eye is confirmed. And yes its a new hospital, but strangely it is not really promoted in anyway (like BPH).

couchpotato replied to kneebendingfools's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Very vague..be more specific in what you are wanting, then maybe some answers, otherwise a useless question. -
Why don't Makro make this small change?

Then maybe you should just stick to that, instead of trying to take the prize for the most inane post of the year. -

It was 3 months ago, but I used a paper copy of Morphrom International Certificate. I don't know what is required these days.
