This is not a believable post, as WRLife are NOT a Thai company, and only have a representative in Bangkok, so to supposedly have a Court case against them in Thailand, and especially in a local Udon Thani Court..come on!
For this particular question she must leave on Thai passport (at immigration), but will need to show American passport at flight checkin (in lieu of not having/needing US visa). Hope that helps.

No.....If you read the article correctly they admitted guilt and wrongdoing, which which is "exposed'. So better for them to offer settlement, which was accepted by Harry/Team when the unlawful actions were admitted.

You have wrong info. Report after extension has always always doable online, it is the first 90 day report after coming back into the country that is the question. Some have had success, some haven't.
