    1) You have to close the fixed Deposit Account first and transfer to your savings account, as you cannot transfer money overseas directly from a Fixed account. 2) Once that is done you can transfer online (using mobile app or website) or go directly to your branch. 3) Actually transferring money overseas is quite easy these days.

    Actually I agree with you, but on a good note, the new party leader said today that they need to think of a new approach, so that's a positive I think. Will see what transpires.

    Thai passports are automatically 10 years now.. (but still only 5 years if renewing under 20 years old).

    1) And obtaining a RK22 for foreigners is not possible. 2) Your best bet is to go to the Consular section of your Embassy and you can write an "Affidavit" in your own words (and attach what you wish)..they stamp and sign it, which should suffice. Usually Embassies will do this, as they are only attesting to what you wrote.
