Lots of forced smiles and compulsory clapping amongst these Russians celebrating New Year.

My neighbour's durians coming along nicely. I'd like to take a photo of the trees bearing fruit but they're down a 1 km narrow track with no way to turn round a pickup.

Not true Owl, there's some planted near us in a couple of locations that are doing well. One small grove produced plenty of fruit but some blastard liberated the whole lot one night

Very suspicious that your better half's head has been removed in this photo yet further down the page Mrs Owl is proudly posing with her dog. A suspicious soul might suspect the happy recipient of Owl's skilful winnings is in fact the hat lady ( with the hat removed of course).

This video omits his fall which I saw in another video. In that, he seems to fall backwards, which would be consistent with the taking a selfie theory.

I believe it was proposed to be declared illegal due to the monotony of the game. The constant fixation on scoring a bullseye or treble twenty with minute variations in elbow/arm movements, was considered to be harmful regarding development of motor skills and brain activity.

Another good reason not to live in that depressing part of England.
