I was once bitten by a scorpion on Koh Samui, and the pain was bad for many hours after! It was dark so I do not know what scorpion it was. Had some regular painkillers but they did not work at all. Took about 10 hours before the pain was gone. I did not go to hospital due to reasons I will not mention here. I was also stung by a bee last trip, but that pain was not nearly as bad. But my finger became discolored for many days after. Another nasty flying thing is something that looks like a very big wasp! It was stuck under the helmet and stung me, Painful and I was dizzy and felt like <deleted> the whole day. Lol! This has happened over a period of 35 years, so I think I can say it is "safe" in Thailand as long as you are aware of these insects. They are a bit more poisonous than the types we have in Europe. 😂😁

As a former sailor with 7 years visiting most countries around the continent, I can assure you people that this is TRUE!!! Especially the darker part of the Brazilian women! Oh dear me! They will wear you out quickly!😍😍🤗🤗

I have been on trips along in Thailand for many years. I used to go for weeks on my CBR250R many years ago. Only a back pack strapped to the back! I still go on tours, but shorter (2 weeks?) but on a CBR500R or a Er6n Kawa. Still with the same old back pack in the back! What is all this nonsense about 3 big cases, tons of things to bring along! There are cheap laundry every where! Relax! Do it EASY!! You need a new shirt?? BUY ONE!! Its so cheap! LOL! Have a nice trip where ever you go! Remember...make it EASY and LIGHT!! (Ps. I started with bikes in 1966 and is still going strong!)

Watching Thai peoples craze to drink all these super unhealthy drinks makes me wonder if any of them have any idea of what they are doing to their health!! The problem is that the immigration guys maybe stopping you if the 60 days visa exemption is used too many times! That means it is a kind of lottery after a while if they stop you or not! It really sounds strange and not logical at all!

After being a regular visitor in Thailand, even lived here from 1987 to 1992 ,and 2000 to 2005, I have NEVER had an issue with the police! They have always been polite and fair the times they have stopped me riding my bikes around in the country.
