1) Crackdown on part-western-owned travel operators only who serve Chinese clients to find out if the western owners have their work permits and TAT licenses in order while handing them brochures written in Thai on how to teach their guests proper behavior.

2) Laxer immigration and visa rules for those quality tourists.

3) 500,- Baht fine for the person who shot the video for filming unethical behaviour in a termple compound.

4) PM announcing on telly, that the temple bell itself was at fault since it basically asked for being kicked because it was "beautiful", ending his statement with the words, "An ugly bell would be more unlikely to being kicked..."

5) Nationwide ban on polished and "beautiful" looking temple bells.

Another typical "Thainess" story... and we all know the end to it: Driver will get away with a small fine for reckless driving so he can continue his "work" and kill a few more people in other road accidents he causes before his own miserable life eventually ends...
