No one claims that the military party broke any election laws.....many other parties did not brake any election laws, why are always the same parties do something obviously wrong?

He did own the iTV shares, he even reported them. The company is legally still operating. But you could be right on the 1%. That may rescue him if true. Than there is a complain from BJ against MF lying about their Marijuana policy. But that might go nowhere. That iTV will be interesting.

Heavy rain and thunderstorms forecasted across parts of Thailand
h90 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I give a brown envelope to the responsible rain-goddess or I do a naked rain dance ???? I take it also on the day...what it costs me on solar I save on ACs in the company....We have a small room with a CNC which is strong+has an hydraulic pump...and there is a 5kW suction and the 5kW end in hot air. One of the two AC in the room does not work. One side of the wall the sun is direct shining. It was sauna climate. -

Senators’ Bloc Against Voters’ Consensus Will Have A Price To Pay: Pita
h90 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
than it may happen a) The senator vote against him and there is a coalition without MF b) he gets the vote...there is an endless discussion and demonstration.......and other things don't get done. The majority of people want a good life, want to have a chance to get rid of their debts at the bank. Want to have a good salary, want to have good schools. 112 really does not matter for 99%....People worry on the 20th that there is too much month left at the end of their salary and that they need to hide their car as they are 2 month back in the payments. They don't worry that they just now want to post something on Facebook that violets 112. Minimum salary might be. -
I never said that there is any corruption. He is holding shares in a media company. I don't know if it is a violation but it looks like it is. Even it is a bit ridiculous. Did he report it and no one found something on it?

I don't understand these business things but here they post a profit https://www.intouchcompany.com/ir_fh_itv_en.asp

yes the junta parties lost massive.....but MF broke the election laws. And there is no government yet. There are solid majorities without MF. I am positive that MF can buy some Democrats and some senators and than Pita get banned and the drama starts again. And with his ideas about 112 it is a questions of months till there are demonstrations. I am not enthusiastic about that. A PTP lead government (I am no fan of them as well) without MF can have a majority and will be easier accepted. And noone can tell they are close to the junta.

I don't have a TV, but Bangkok Post and the Nation hyped MF day and night....The Manager hate Prayuth as well

I seriously don't understand anything you write, here are the annual reports....the company is active. Someone else corrupt behaviour is irrelevant to this issue. Every politician is corrupt, just in this case it is very obvious and proof-able. If some other did something wrong, banned them from politics for live no matter what party: https://www.intouchcompany.com/ir_an_itv_en.asp http://www.itv.co.th/

Sure not the media.....they were very pro MF. But I agree otherwise, I can't see much democracy...
-
google iTV Thailand annual report...there is 2020, 2021, 2022 the company is active. And why on earth should I be desperate? I have no dog in this fight

Thailand’s Election Results May Reverse Cannabis Policy
h90 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Easy....good parenting and the kids won't use narcotics...and selling to kids is banned anyway. And the Shinawatras aren't that poor that the kids hang out in the slums with nothing to do. -
Thailand’s Election Results May Reverse Cannabis Policy
h90 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I see the opposite....I see banning, cancel culture, speak mandates, weapons ban, hostility against home schooling or religious schools, vaccines etc etc mostly from the left wing. Weed (and other narcotics) is pretty much the only topic where they are libertarian Not that the right wing is any better, they are just the opposite good on guns but against weed. True libertarian that also support liberty in areas they don't like are as rare as unicorns -

Senators’ Bloc Against Voters’ Consensus Will Have A Price To Pay: Pita
h90 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I would say....don't talk about it now, start with the laws that are important for the many people not a few activists and than eventually in a year start with that. With making it a priority they force the senators to vote against them. -
Thailand detects FU.1 Covid sub-variant, 50% more transmissible than XBB.1.16
h90 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
More infective means less virus particle are enough to infect you and at some point it does not make a difference anymore. As you get infected like 2 seconds later with mask.....if subway is complete crowded you get it when it is highly infective with or without mask. -
Can Pita Limjaroenrat Become Prime Minister? Three possible scenarios
h90 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
yes but I don't know if he get the senators. Without them he can announce what he wants. Next one to build a coalition is than Phue Thai. They say they don't want to change 112 and build a coalition and get the premier. I doubt that Thaksin want to play number 2 behind Pita. With that he (his daughter) get PM and the yellows will happily accept it, the senators will accept it. And more money to share for everyone. I would be very surprise if that is not widely discussed. I think it would be good...Reforms, new people but with splitting the society. -
