  1. Sometimes I also recommend to the girls to have a tequila or two. I guess I should be careful that they don't arrest me for such activities.
  2. I hope they destroy them properly.
  3. According to the picture that power supply outputs maximum 24V, 3A, 24*3=72W Do you think 72W should be enough to trickle charge a couple of 9V batteries? Bad idea! @Crossy I think this is another topic which you might want to close.
  4. I know enough about electric to know what I am doing. You don't even know the difference between parallel and serial connections. Not that everybody has to know the difference. But if you don't know that, and you still want to play around with electric, that is dangerous. The idea to connect such a power supply to these batteries is just bad. Next you will probably ask if it makes a difference if you connect mains to the input or output terminals on that power supply. Summary: Don't do it!
  5. Good that you know yourself. With that knowledge you should accept the consequences and don't play with electricity. It can be dangerous.
  6. I look at the cute girls. But if you prefer the blokes and that makes you happy...
  7. One of those YouTube influencers should interview him. I am sure that would be fun to watch.
  8. Obviously some bike are too loud. But others make almost no noise. I think the best is somewhere in between so that pedestrians and other riders hear a bike, but not everybody will wake up because of them.
  9. Obviously it can be annoying. But personally I prefer that I hear a bike or case and can avoid it compared to little or no noise. Sometime I am in the parking area of my building and then suddenly a car is next to me without any noise. One of those EVs. It can be scary if people move a little without watching because they are used to noise from vehicles.
  10. Let's say his unofficial income. 😉
  11. The source of this is one of those feminists who write for The Guardian. Now what should we expect from such a person? Why don't we all use what we like? Maybe a Porsche with manual gearbox for fun and an automatic car or EV in the city? We don't have to all go in the same direction. Let's remember the good old times.
  12. It can obviously only happen if people allow it to happen. If Thai people would demonstrate on the streets, then it wouldn't happen like now. But Thais normally don't do that - unless someone pays them to demonstrate. TiT
  13. I wonder why the wife didn't divorce him years ago.
  14. Do something for everyone safety and make sure people can hear you.
  15. I found that information on property and lawyer websites in Thailand. Just google it.
  16. You make the big mistake and think people think and use logic. They don't! After you realize that fact life becomes so much easier here. You don't try to find logic anymore which you just can't find because it was never there. Enjoy!
  17. Hundreds of pretty girls walking from NANA BTS station to NANA Plaza. 😉
  18. There wouldn't be a problem with influencers if nobody would follow them and especially if nobody would believe them. How stupid must someone be to think xyz is good because an influencer got paid to show it somewhere?
  19. Looks good https://www.lazada.co.th/products/meyer-bella-classico-10-pc-73291-t-i3589802703.html
  20. I moved to my new condominium, and I bought a new kitchen and appliances. That's why I have the induction hobs. I think that is the best available technology in the moment.
  21. Let's say it like that. If something works fine, then I normally don't replace it. I will make another test, putting maybe 1 liter water in a smaller magnetic pot and look how long it takes before it cooks, and then the same procedure with the big not magnetic pot. Let's see. I don't mind spending a couple of thousand THBs on new pots. But only if the old pots don't work as expected. I.e. I definitely need one or two new small pans because the existing pans (I think it's aluminium) don't work at all on the new hobs.
  22. Maybe because we have such pots already. I will do some research, but I am pretty sure no energy will be lost every with less efficient pots. Because where should that energy go? The induction field itself does not get hot. Only the pot or pan or whatever on top of that field gets hot. I guess in the next days my gf can use that big pot to cook something, and then she can tell me if it works like on the old electric oven or better or worse. And then we can still decide what we should buy new.
  23. They should announce that the next time. I like to have a seat in the front row.
