Maybe you should work on your sensitivity to cigarette smoke. If the smoke from one cigarette a floor below you on a balcony is enough to make you comfortable, then you are super sensitive - maybe mostly in your brain. Try to accept it as part of life, like not so good air when you are near a street with vehicles. You won't be able to change the world how it is. Get used to it.

And then there is this other country in that area. It does not only hope to get nuclear weapons. It has many nuclear weapons, which officially don't exist, but everybody knows they exist. Why does the USA support that country in any way they can, but if another country even tries to get similar weapons, then they are the bad guys. Typical American double standards.

I can't comment on the micro penis. Is that your experience? I never walked into a vehicle with a combustion engine because I hear them. I had a few encounters when suddenly there was an electric vehicle next to me which made little to no noise. Most of us are used to the combination of vehicles and noise. If suddenly there is no noise anymore that makes survival more difficult.

I think years ago I saw mostly young women running around with a phone in front of their face. Now, it seems many tourists, old or young, do the same. I don't know if they check every 10m if they still walk in the correct direction, or if they play games, or whatever. It's just a sad state of affairs.

Are those heat detectors or smoke detectors? In my (old) condo they use heat detectors. They don't have any power supply (no battery, nothing) and they don't blink. Maybe you can find a model number written on them, then you can look them up.

Is it? Please tell us if you think Isreal is held to the same standards as other countries. The USA vetoes again and again and again anything critical about Israel. I don't know what is going on in and around Israel, there are just too many different versions of the news. Fact is, Isreal does whatever they want. Or who is holding them up to the same standards?
