Not a problem, since the decree a few years ago the responsibility is on employer to report your leaving within 15 days... I even tried to hand in the work permit myself and they were not interested. (PATHUM thani labour office) Comment refers to Work Permit without Non-B (Non-O married visa is not affected)

e-Tax declaration with several companies
Satcommlee replied to roulax's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I done the same last year. You need both 50 tawi (tax certificate), 1 for each company. On your PND 91 enter the details of main company for 2022. But upload both 50 tawi and use the totals from both 50 tawis for income, tax and sso deduction. I didnt get advice beforehand, this is what I done and it was accepted and tax refund processed without issue. -

The account and debit card are very useful, I only keep small amounts of money in these pots to cover regular payments like Netflix, Microsoft, Google etc.. This way I feel safer about giving the card details and it takes from whatever currency you are bill in. If you do not have the money in that particular currency it will be converted from your base currency like USD or GBP (up to you) The exchange rate between $ and THB right now is.. 34.153 WISE below Wise would be a little cheaper for the same THB I would need to send $2.11 less I only tested the HSBC card in an ATM once and was charged 220 baht for withdrawal in Thailand, so watch this....

Can a Thai child have water and electric bills in their name?

A child cannot enter into a contract and be held liable for debt. -
Not aware of any scheme and if so, anyone with so much as a beer belly will be claiming special treatment and trying to queue jump. An immgration visit need not be taxing, I find I rarely do anything and the wife does all the running around. Many offices have outdoor waiting areas environments since covid, that is the bit I hate. But if you clearly having difficulties, ie using sticks, a chair or a walking frame etc. they will help you, they are not bad people. I

Its not flat rate tax in Thailand, the tax rate changes on the portion of income in the scale. There a few deductions also. Like.. Being marrled sppuse no income 60000 Child 30000 Thai health insurance and life insurance (capped) New Year giveaway, tax deduction for purchases. Money you put into approved super saver fund This deduction is on top of a personal allowance. Try the calculator. Below (and others) your blended tax rate will be much lower. https://www.uobam.co.th/en/tax-calculation
