    Having a scenes of emergency doesn't seams to exist in Thailand. Wait until it is to late is the norm here. More capacity to take care of waste should have been in place before new hotels and houses would be aloud to be built. How hard can it be.

    Thanks for your kind advice, but I didn’t keep renting a house here anymore. And now I only spend 3 months a year here. After 3 months I’m quite happy to move on. If I change my mind I will probably do as you suggest. But the hot part before rainy season and rainy season was never much fun anyway. So, I’m happily spending my money on more places now. But again thanks for your advice.

    I had to downgrade from using many 5 year licenses to a 2 year. Since after they destroyed the O-A visa I don't have long term visa any more.

    Seams like an idea that can work over time. So that will probably never happen. Anything involving planing ahead, usually never is a part of decision making here.

    Nice pictures. I wish I had gone to see Hang Mua on my trips to Vietnam. I did travel Vietnam quite a bit back in the days.
