As opposed to its own citizens living in Thailand, an utter disgrace.

The system is not racist, but it is ageist.
There is nothing wrong, IMHO, about a country vaccinating its own citizens first. However, Thailand is not doing this, foreigners are getting vaccinated before Thais is some cases.
and quite rightly so if they health issues/over 65 etc, in other words they are high risk. I base my opinion on someone who is married to a Thai, living here permanently and contributes handsomely to the Thai economy.
Just sayin like ????

Never ceases to amaze. There's a subset of people who bark incessantly about the ills of immigrants coming to their home country, all while being an immigrant in Thailand (and generally barking about Thailand's 'faults' like Immigration officers, Covid restrictions, etc.)
Not surprisingly, not a one of that type of person has a lick of success in life. Barely able to scrape by. The fault, though they are incapable of seeing it or admitting it, lies within.
I beg to differ but won't post because its thread!!!!!!!!!!! and will only get removed. Perhaps you or i should start a new topic cos i've got plenty to say lol

Why are you not offering vaccines to UK nationals in Thailand who cannot register with the chaotic local vaccine programme?
If countries like France and Australia can do it for their citizens, why not the UK in these exceptional circumstances?
Bingo, its time for the BE to step up to the plate enough is enough.

And we full know they and their cronies have all been vaccinated, and probably with the best vaccines available. There seems to be no forward thinking at all. Last year any person with a decent functioning brain should have been planning for this year. Just observing the other countries around the world who were handling this new phase with some success should have given indicators of what direction to go…..instead they seem to have used countries like Brazil for guidance.
All this nightmare proves is that military leaders are the last people to be in charge, especially in what amounts to a national emergency. Eventually the Thai people like the people of Myanmar will have had enough……hopefully it doesn’t become a bloodbath. Prayut should resign today based on his complete incompetence and failure to lead the country out of this looming human disaster.Good post, i share your comments. Perhaps thats why we still have a "state of emergency" in Thailand, all protest gatherings illegal, hmmmmmmm

Just this morning i had the two front tyres replaced on my Fortuner, fitted Bridgestone Escopa 265/70R16, cost 10.180bht at B-Quick. An additional 450bht for the balancing and alignment check.
Great professional service at my local B-Quick.

Allowing free, uninterrupted Travel between Provinces was always going to lead to this conclusion.
A 10 Years old child could have told you this would happen.
" more clusters in Factories "
And the solution to this is for an order to be made instructing the Factories to make available Isolation for their Workers within the actual factories.
and that is actually happening now, wifey's brother and his lady are living in a tent in the factory where they work.

Try this. I have managed to register myself and wife via Korat Prompt.
Thanks but they are no longer accepting.

My mate and two of his friends together with two Thai ladies who were carers for them had the AZ jab at Bang Sue on Wednesday morning.
They all live in Pattaya and are over 75, not the ladies who were circa mid 40's.

I would say yes, but I'm not in charge. Travelling by inter-provincial public transport can, and seems like it will, be stopped, but I doubt they can easily prevent people travelling by car. The road blocks during the last lock-down annoyed local people so much they were soon stopped.
I'll let you know how i get on after travelling back from Pattaya on Tuesday morning, i'm not expecting any problems but you never really know what to expect here in Thailand.

What effect does Community charge have on anyone using a friend/family address to secure the pension increases when in fact living abroad ?

Even after Tuesday you can travel between provinces if your trip is "necessary".
What about going home, is that considered "necessary" lol ?

According to the Chonburi PR Facebook page, from Tuesday, Chonburi, including Pattaya, will be under further restrictive measures, which will include limiting inter-provincial travel and gatherings in public places
So if i travel from Nakhon Ratchasima to Pattaya on Monday (tomorrow) there are no inter-provincial travel restrictions.

So who got the finance deal, you or her if they were taking YOUR pension income for the payments?
Wifey, the vehicle is in her name.

Wifey got a finance deal on our car (in her name) despite having no job/income. We put 50% down and the car dealership financed the other 50% through a finance company. They accepted my pension to fund the repayments of 29K per month for two years.
I could'nt quite understand how they could grant her the loan without any income but TIT and the car was worth 1.5M new so i suppose they could cover the loan on resale if they had to repossess.
