  1. It would appear to me that those in receipt of state pension increases whist not entitled to must be ''on the bones of their a..'' financially if they are prepared to go to the lengths that they do to ''hide'' the fact from the DWP.

Best for them to go home, they have no place outside the UK imo. Personally i just was'nt prepared to lie for the sake of a few quid but obviously many are. Poor souls perhaps they should start a gofundme.

    Just sayin like.......????

Long over due.....but why on a website? Why not a poster in the reception area of the hospital? For hospital groups, say like Bangkok Hospital I would also like to see a comparison between the hospital I am at, and others in the same group for the same drugs and services. I'm tired of getting ripped off by inflated and opaque pricing in private hospitals.

Yes indeed, just a bunch of bill padding thieves imo

Do TW have any problem with you cancelling a deal and doing another one? I have heard others say they will let you do it once or twice but after that will pull you up.

Good question, i regularly cancel transfers when you have a good amount of time before you have to pay if there has been a reasonable uplift in the rate.

Exactly, and that is the most compelling reason to keep him locked up.

The two most important factors in granting bail are:

    (1) Is the suspect a flight risk? If so, bail should be denied, or the bail amount should be set extremely high as to eliminate the risk of flight.

    (2) Does releasing the suspect put the public at risk? Is there any risk of the suspect committing the same or similar crime again?

It seems the judicial system has failed on both points above.

Bingo, from memory in my time as a magistrate in the UK there were 5 main conditions that have to be met for a defendant to be granted bail, the two you have mentioned plus "the seriousness of the crime", the possibility of "intimidating witnesses" and the "weight of evidence"

This defendant would never achieve bail in the real world, Thailand's judiciary is either incompetent or corrupt or maybe their just different.

Why do countries put up with this <deleted> from Thailand. If they put a 300% tariff on Australian wine they should put a 300% tariff on Thai rice.

I have asked this question many times, does anybody have an answer ? I believe Thailand is a big exporter of seafood to the UK, why don't we impose the same tariffs to their seafood ? see how they like that.
