Ford Loses $32k for every EV sold
kingstonkid replied to pedro01's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
I agree the issue is where do you get the energy for the EV's and what the battery life and cost. These questions need to be answered and proven to Thai people and businesses before they are going to buy EV in any large scale. People look at California but it is the brown out and blackout of the world. How many times do they tell people they cannot charge their vehicles? Until Thaland has the infrastructure to hadle the cars and trucks it is not going to work. They need to adopt stringent rules and testing and look at the number of the old blue buses that re on the road. The number of trucks that are old and belching black smoke every shift. They need to restrict large vehicles to certain hours. They also need to up the cost of parking in the city. If you look at a lot of the major cities it is the fact that insurance and parking got so expensive that the transit system was cheaper. and more convenient. -
The challenge here is no different than any other forum. X Twitter is the better example. People can hide behind nicknames. The true solution is to.have users use their REAL names. Look at how much trouble it would save people would be responsible for what they posted

are we forgetting that this site is either for sale or sold?

Yeah, I hear you. The one thing that I have found is that I found a good hospital to deal with and continue with them so that they can track my hearing and give me advice when I go back in for testing. BNH has served me well so I continue with them for important medical stuff.

Martial arts and fighting do not necessarily mean you have to do the contact training. Just working on the bags and doing the non-contact training probably would be just as good.

Ford Loses $32k for every EV sold

The pollution in Thai cities is not going to be helped by EVs. Consider that all EV vehicles need electricity to charge them. Where does the come from? The other thing that FORD and all the major American manufacturers are also facing is the strike for higher wages. -

Helmetless motorcycle rides in Thailand puts lives at risk
kingstonkid replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
That is the problem. This is not something you are going to convince the public to do it is something that they feel is an inconvenience because it messes up their hair or does not look cool The solution is not to fine them but like they did in Canada to simply impound the bike until you showed up with a helmet. OH yeah, the fine was the impound fee. -
Miss Universe owner files for bankruptcy in Thailand
kingstonkid replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
He might have bit off more than he could chew. The question, though, is going to be what the sponsors and national branches are going to say. The question is also how will this affect the prizes that the girls get. This is a person who had a streaming service and beauty supplies that they thought would sell. I also think that the feeling was that they could build off of the back of owning the Miss Universe. The challenge is that the costs out way, and it is not that big a brand. -

kingstonkid replied to kingstonkid's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub

Thai women kissing and foreplay
kingstonkid replied to kingstonkid's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
For normal Thai girls, kissing is not something the older ladies know anything about. If you think about your non-Muslim home country, girls are learning and practicing kissing at a young age. Kissing is the start for most Western romance I am sure a lot of people remember the comparison to baseball For those that don't -
Might have to change hospitals Which one is this? BNH nurses are cute but definitely not dressed like that my stay might be short due to cardiac arrest but man what a way to go

I have hearing loss from the military and old age. I am getting tested at BNH. I found the doctors there are fairly good with it. There really is nothing they can do for me. I find that there are times it bothers me and times that it is not there. If you are having trouble sleeping or relaxing there are machines that can help. the other thing that can help is white noise. For hearing loss there are different aids. When you make an appointment I would suggest that you ask for an appointment with an audiologist with tinnitus knowledge.

I resemble that remark. Strongly believe that you have to be a little crazy these days. As to the topic most expats that are in trouble for this are probably overstay so the only thing that can be done is put them on a flight however most airlines will refuse them as passengers. Uch like the western world this is a problem with lack of facilities or ability to hold unless they request it. Remember most countries have a 72hour hold limit.

Forget about Thai women. Consider the number of women and girls around the world. All girls read these magazines and internet blogs. They see all these girls that got this or that done and are popular and famous. Yes it is a big business here but really it is mostly about society and the lack of real world.

There has to be some rules and government control. if there isn't imagine what the world would look like. As to rules on bars and alcohol. There need to be rules to prevent Somchai next door from opening an all-night bar with loud music and underage as well as all-night parties. They also hve to have rules to help the staff working at these bars. Allyou have to do is look at how wild west the marijuana market has become when they opened it up.

Naw, I think he is definitely pulling some strings BUT he also has to remember that if he upsets the military they can shut him down very quickly. He only got back into the country because he made deals with them. Right now the only thing keeping them together is the fact that they know that PTP and the other parties will lose more of their support to the MFP if they bail on the coalition too soon. As has been stated Anutin is the man with the internal domestic power. The Pm is a figure head puppet.
