I know this is a bit off topic, but I had a 3 hour changeover at Dubai on my way to Bangkok, but the time the bus with all the waiting and travelling took to get from one part of the airport to get the Bangkok plane, I just made it on time for the plane to Swampy. A real horrible airport. -

That's fair enough if there is good reason for it, but try going into a shop and buy something then the shopkeeper asks for the item back and will not refund your money. Same thing.

.Of course I did, I paid for that seat, but I had the sense not to argue with them. So what would you have done? I suppose you would just have said "it doesn't matter that I have paid for the seat, I can just take another one".

No airline compares with KLM where bad service is concerned. I paid extra for a seat with extra legroom, I was told to vacate it just before the plane took off. I refused, then one of the cabin crew started getting a bit nasty, so not wanting to cause any trouble I let them move me to another seat.

No, just in Scotland, but watching the likes of Good Morning Britain on TV etc as well as doing a lot of travelling, the vast majority of men had hairy faces.

I will take Pattaya over Bangkok any day, you mention cheap hotels?? Not in the lower Sukhumvit area, they closed during the Chinese virus and never opened up again. I miss out on Bangkok now as it will cost me more than twice the price of a hotel of similar standard in Central Pattaya.

No he shouldn't, most Thai drivers drive as if they are under the influence of alcohol. Their driving is so bad I'm not even safe riding my pedal bike in the grounds of my local temple.

I met a guy outside this hospital who said was asked to pay 500Bt just for a consultment then the charge for treatment.

If I do not get a refund in some way I will keep posting here every so often warning posters, and also on social media, and Thailand can shove their defamation law where the sun don't shine.
