Unless you have some kind of mobility problem, surely for less than 2km you would have been better walking. You get a fixed fare then the driver Bolt or not, cannot charge you more for the likes of heavy traffic or toll charges. It would have bothered me to get charged double, not so much the money but for his cheek. Did he have a notice in the car saying that if the taxi is held up you will be charged double?

I don't know if it's the case now, but when I lived in Scotland the Sunday Mail newspaper used to have a page on legal issues called "The Judge", hardly a week went past without someone complaining about their insurance company refusing to pay out for a claim, then sure as fate the following week someone would right in thanking "The Judge" for getting their insurance company to eventually pay out.

I am finding it very hard to watch FM movies any more, as well as the subtitles disappearing, if I settle down to watch some TV series, it keeps freezing and starts loading again with that circle going round in the middle of your screen. Any one recommend a similar site? Thanks.

In my court case I was right. The judge decided I was right only for my lawyer to ring me up about two weeks later and say the judge has changed her mind. So I did not get what I wanted.

Not on the meter. Fixed price. I never use a taxi on the meter for that journey, all it takes is an accident on the highway or some other hold up and the meter keeps going. Do Bolt insist using the meter? Bolt said between 1,500Bt and 1,700bt, a normal taxi is 1.400Bt.
