The other thing I would add is to be sure to complete the medical questionnaire in full and honestly. With full medical underwriting if issued by an insurer based in a Western country you are assured that anything not stated as an exclusion in the policy will be covered unless it is later found that you omitted or concealed something relevant. I can't see how something that basically just improves blood circulation would do much for arthritis pain. Physical therapy/targeted exercises on the other hand can help a lot. You can find exercises on You Tube If at all overweight, weight loss will certainly help. HA injections (Synovisc etc) also often help as do PRP injections.
