I have a Grundfos MQ-45 which has started to play up, keeps cutting out every 15 seconds or so when under load, according to the Literature
I have from Grundfos this would suggest a controller, Flow Sensor or Pressure Switch Problem.
So - - I want to buy a new one and once replaced send the old one for repair to Grundfos, But - - - - Cannot find one for sale anywhere in the Pattaya area, Homepro list them as being out of stock and not able to order ? Does anyone know where I can buy one of these Pumps locally? Pattaya Area?
Any Help appreciated thanks

Just thought I would try a new supposedly better modem/router plus the fact can use it as printer server
I did manually reset
I did update firmware
I did put all settings correct
The ADSL light should come on and hold without me doing anything to the equipment
I did follow TP Link support instructions
Returning it for replacement as per their comments

Oke I hate this when this happens. I had it with a ASUS-DSLN55U (45xx Thb) the Wireless 2.4Ghz refused to work but only the 5Ghz worked.
I am still (4 months on) waiting for a replacement (but already bought a new Tp-Link WD8970)
Good Luck !
Thanks again, bought from Lazada hope their replacement policy is as good as it says
Will report back once (if) I get the replacement

Thanks MJCM, had a reply from TP Link saying :
In your case, please try to reset your TD-W8980: http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=496
Then check the ADSL light.
If the ADSL lihgt is on after the reseting, please try to configure it again.
If the ADSL light is still not solid on, which means this modem is fautly. Please contact the retailer who you purchased this from for replacement.
Have done the above so will package it up and send back, fingers crossed the replacement will work straight out of the box, very frustrating, many thanks for your help and input
Cheers

I did a factory reset before this hence date, but the date was set before

Even when you did not put in the username and password but you put in the adsl settings, adsl should connect and should stay stable on.
Modem doa ?
Ps: Can you paste the messages under System Tools - System Log. ?
I am not sure if you have this as I am using a TpLink TD-W8970

- How do I check that ?
-
Will do this very shortly when I can disconnect from internet as waiting on an important Skype call, thanks
-
I did indeed, but like I said before, even if I had not got to that stage the ADSL light should connect and be continuous
I have no problem connecting to the Router, its the ADSL connection that wont hold, it holds and works fine on the other Router

Just bought a Brand New TP Link TD-W890 Modem Router
I have already set up a TP Link TD854W Modem Router that is working fineThe problem I have is not really setting the Modem/Router up, But that when connected to the Phone line it will not hold the ADSL signal ??
Cannot be anything wrong with the line or Signal as it works fine on the other Router ?? As in once switched on after initial starting up phase it searches, recognises, and holds the ADSL signal, Hmmm but when I plug my new W8980 in it searches (Flashes) but will not hold or connect to the signal
It is all configured correctly, but as I understand it even from new set up before configuration it should recognise the signal and the ADSL light would light up and stay lit ???
Is this a duff Router that needs replacing or ???
Any help appreciated, have a 10 Mb TOT connection and have engineer coming out at some point, but not sure when, as wanted to double check with him before I attempt to replace the equipmentThanks

Hi, Shortly into the New year we will be ready to start Garden Design, Posting this in the Hope that someone recently has made use of Local Landscape Designers in Pattaya ?
Looking for some contacts who could come and help advise and design around 1 Rai Garden project, with approximate costs ? (I have No Idea on this) I know that would depend on exactly what you had done, but let us say no buildings/Sheds/Water Features Just Grass and Planting approximate costs (I might have some of the afore mentioned but will add them into the cost later)Anyone had Local Landscapers do some work and can recommend ?
Many Thanks for Any Info
I have done a search here in Thaivisa but come up with next to nothing in Topics ?

Amazingly I found the door guy's catalog, he's worth a call (you'll need a Thai speaker) he may have a 'friend' in your area or even be prepared to ship to you if a sensible sized order, at the least it will give you an idea what the small factories are producing.
Talked to Wifey, he has a deal with our contractor so the pricing was secret, but you can bet it wasn't silly.
It's a 10MB download I'm afraid :- http://www.crossy.co.uk/Handy%20Files/Doors.PDF
EDIT And of course the whole world now knows what doors we have where
Downloaded the File thanks Will get the Misses to Call and see what options there are, thanks for taking to time to do this, appreciated

Wow that was Quick and thanks Crossy
Shame it is not a local Guy here, but hope someone will have similar details as you for someone here in Pattaya
Thanks again -
Hi, I am now at the stage I need to purchase Internal Doors for my new home project.
I would like solid Hardwood Doors
Has anyone any experience of the quality and price of these in Pattaya ? I have seen many in the big stores and vary very much in price, anyone recently bought any and have some recommendations ?I am also on the lookout for a Good Garden/Landscape Designer ? Nearly a Rai to Landscape
Thanks For any Help

Anyone Bought from here and ok ?
Several times...always no problem.
No need for the meet and greet service
Thanks, Just got mine delivered

Two things I noticed re the photo above.
1 - Not much (any?) front lip on the counter-top.
2 - No 'toe kick' (makes working at the counter much more comfortable. On second look, the cabinets seem to have a molding around the base, which compounds the problem.
Small Lip and its not a problem, sure a bigger one may be better, but either way not a problem
Understand your Toe Kick, you must have big feet !!!! As again its not a problem
Just trying to help .. and my feet are quite normal.
Sorry Klikster, All Tongue in Cheek, No Offense meant and appreciate your Input
Cheers

No worries, Just contacted Grundfos in Bangkok, they are delivering a new pump and will install and take the old one for repair
