Before whinging about that, the very 1st and easist thing for the Democrats should be finding someone more electable than Biden. They are giving the Dems an open goal with rulings like this but with such an unispiring and old candidate they are unlikely to score.

In not one of the well publicized shootings that i can remember has there been any mention of our armed have a go heros coming to the rescue. I expect this is becuase all but a very select few would completely panic and seize up when the firing starts and would be either fleeing in panic or doing more damage than good with their gun. Lots of big talk though but then its easy to talk big from behind a keyboard... different kettle of fish doing something when the bullets are actually flying.

If you see a condo you like and would like to live there, buy it. Sure try and negotiate but dont raise things like paying offshore etc you are just going to bore the seller to death unless perhaps its a US national but even then you are just complicating things. Buy the condo you like, enjoy it and forget about the price. If in 5-10- years you need to sell then what will be will be. You will never get the perfect deal so if you want to lige there just suck it up and get it and enjoy it.
