Hitching is acceptable. Why wouldn’t it be? It has been an acceptable method of traveling for as long as I remember. Just not everyone’s cup of tea.

why not everywhere??? This shows just how concerned he really is about the problem. NOT VERY. It’s all about false images and false perceptions. 

This is a bad bad system when education should be a right and not a competition for a school placement. 

Similar thing happens when they move onto high school. Stress, uncertainty and financial hardship for a basic right.

That’s the only reason that makes sense. The old site was like ten cans of sardines squashed into one on a busy day. Totally inadequate.
