Time to buy a cheap UPS for your PC methinks, I wouldn't consider running a desktop without one. Here in northern BKK (still PEA area) we certainly get short interruptions all the time, probably caused by poor network switching. Longer outages are usually the result of weather (or a truck taking out the power poles - twice in 5 years). My general rule is that if it's not back on in 10 minutes it's going to be hours. We have solar with battery backup and a genset for when the batteries die.

We don't have your exact inverter, but IIRC Auto-Test is only available for the Italian variant. Ours is stuck in Chinese so I don't mess with it.
