This headline should be dominating world news...but it's not.

AN does have a topic running. Here: - -
Hopefully it's gone now ????

How often and for how long is the pump starting when the toilet is turned on? Very slow leaks may not be apparent. That said, it's odd that replacing all the toilet components hasn't fixed the issue, you could try adjusting the water level in the cistern down a bit, say by 1cm or so.

Sorry, I've removed the name of the taxi company as a "name and shame" which is not permitted by forum rules. Of course, members can continue recommend taxi companies.

Trying to download an app only available to Australia
Crossy replied to Kenny202's topic in Mobile Devices and Apps
Try APKpure https://m.apkpure.com/ and download the .apk Or you could try changing your Google account to Aus (Google how to do it). -
Sadly, censored on the re-runs and even the latest DVD release ????

GroWatt have a good following, not silly prices. PowMr are somewhat cheaper but still "adequate". There's a whole plethora of el-cheapo Chinese stuff of doubtful pedigree of course. Have you done a simple power-budget calculation? (or post here what you intend running and we can do it for you) I suspect you may be a little under-panelled.

Brits may remember the Acorn Electron but may have missed the Acorn Proton which was the early name of the BBC Model-B computer, a much-loved occupant of school computer labs for many years. 1982 - I Remember it like it was yesterday (but I forget what I had for lunch yesterday).
-
Anyone remember: - Tangerine Computer Systems, Apricot Computers, and Acorn ? IIRC there was also Fungus Computers with a mushroom for their logo.
-
Do you have a price guesstimate?
-
Remember when it was referred to as “The Village”.

Any indication of dates on those documents? I see the warnings are all still relevant ???? -
Yeah, diesel, electric (overhead) and battery hybrid locos are being trialled by several manufacturers. I would certainly have thought that a PHEV concept would be better for the conditions on SRT.

I'm not an architect, nor do I play one on TV. I am a consultant engineer on transportation infrastructure projects (mostly rail at present). You will definitely struggle to walk in to a position unless you have contacts here ???? Do you have significant relevant experience? If so, getting a job in your home country with one of the international consultancy companies (e.g. WSP https://www.wsp.com/en-th) which has branches here could be a way forwards. What makes you want to come to Thailand in particular? Other SE Asian countries (Malaysia, Singapore etc.) may be more accessible. India could also be an option. I was very lucky in that 30 odd years ago I was unemployed in the UK and a mate asked me if I fancied a short contract in Korea (where? thinks I). He quoted what was, to me at the time, an obscene amount of money so of course I said yes. There followed 15 years or so trogging around Asia (and a few years in Europe) during which I acquired a Thai wife (in Rome, Italy for flips sake). Then in 2004 the work in Europe dried up so we decided to move to Thailand where our savings would last a bit longer than in the UK. My Asian network was still very much intact and I got a consulting job here within a month. I'm still with the same small consulting company. ???? It's not impossible, even in the "restricted" professions, but it's not easy either. You need a lot of luck and a marketable skill. Good luck in your quest!

From the OP "and a battery swapping station that swaps out the battery in under 10 minutes." it's not perfect, but it's a start and the fewer antique smoke belchers the better.

BTS have had them for years, takes 2 x AA. I actually bought one of these for my boss' birthday some years ago.

300,000-Baht Coffee Maker and CCTV Camera Stolen from Cafe in Sri Racha
Crossy replied to snoop1130's topic in Pattaya News
I think the machine in question was the espresso machine rather than a "grinder" per-sé. https://www.boncafe.co.th/en/shop/coffee-machine/semi-automatic/la-marzocco/la-marzocco-linea-mini-i-o-t-system-pre-order/ Price is about right. -
Sometimes rather too much. Asking for a friend ????

Yeah, a gas hob should drop you easily into the single-phase 15/45 box. It might be worth considering tank-type water heaters as these have a much lower peak consumption, or even gas water heaters although many worry about carbon-monoxide issues (proper installation is vital).

Topic title says it all really. Recommendations for a contractor??
