  1. The Torrent Guide for Everyone Peer to peer file sharing is just an efficient way of sharing files, therefore is absolutely legal. Unless you use it to download copyrighted content... which is infringement of individual property rights and is illegal. Our Forum Rules also mentions illegal file sharing of copyrighted material, which is why direct links are not permitted and will be removed if posted.
  2. The two posts above are trying to derail this topic again... please desist. This topic is a discussion about EVs available or coming to Thailand.
  3. A whole raft of off-topic and argumentative posts have been removed.
  4. There is a Thai torrent site that has a lot of Western content with both English soundtracks with Thai subs, and Thai dubbed soundtracks and English subs. Not sure about English TV series, but worth a look. You need to subscribe (it's free) to sign in and download content. I can't say much more without tripping over the Forum Rules, but have a look for "tt-torrent".
  5. I'm not sure if this documentary series has been mentioned before but I think it's brilliant. A dinosaur nature show narrated by David Attenborough. All 5 episodes are available in formats up to and including 4K on RARBG.
  6. You could use EMS from any Thai post office. Australia is in EMS Zone 10 according to this but there is a maximum weight of 20kg per package. We wouldn't want the poor Aussie postal workers to strain their backs hey? 20 kg would cost you 12,780 baht and you can track it all the way.
  7. Several off-topic posts have been removed.
  8. I get mine at Pattaya Pool Shop in Thepprasit Road Soi 7

  11. The final episode of SWAT season 5 (number 22) has been released. Season Pack 5 is now available.
  12. I don't see anything capable of producing a 3m wave here. Even Kelly Slater's wave pool in California is 700 meters long by 150 meters wide with the ride clocking in at 45 seconds – the longest of any of the world's wave pools to date. A wave is generated about every two minutes at Kelly's and ranges in size from 3-to-6-feet, so nowhere near 3m.
  13. A flame/troll post as well as a reply have been removed.
  14. They are not strictly speaking artificial reefs. There are 7 "retired idle platform jackets" that have had their topsides removed and cut from their former locations in the gulf of Thailand and towed to Surat Thani. It is more cost efficient for Chevron to dump these structures than to pay for full recovery as the jackets are not reusable. You can read more about the "rigs to reefs project" here and here. And you can read a case study about the project here that explains everything in more detail.
  15. Several off-topic posts containing petty bickering have been removed.
  16. Sorry, but you should know better than to post topics like this on the open Forum, which is btw monitored by the Thai Government. From the Forum Rules: 2) You will not use ASEANNOW.com to post any material which is knowingly or can be reasonably construed as false, inaccurate, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.
  17. The missus and I watched Uncharted last night and quite enjoyed it. With actors like Tom Holland, Mark Wahlberg, and Antonio Banderes starring in it, we were expecting something special... and although it was a fun treasure hunt action movie shot in beautiful locations around the world and had a great soundtrack, it was a little thin in parts. Quite entertaining though, and I'd definitely watch it again. It's rated PG-13 so perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Available at all the usual places in formats up to and including 4K.
