  4. What a shame... maybe another victim of the COVID crisis?
  5. Donnas Farang Food Shop used to be good... just beside the Pullman hotel. I think that the name might have changed recently to Khon Kaen Food Supply. They distribute for example Koratchef and Gourmet meats products, and salami, curries, steaks etc. are just few of the items available.
  6. Topic closed by request of the OP. /Closed.
  7. I have enjoyed the 2 episodes released to date... shaping up to be a good series.

    Clinics

According to Google Maps you have a choice of 20...
  11. I hope that this new breed of transportation will be better than the majority of under-powered and overloaded trucks on Thailand's major roads at present.

    Clinics

There are many clinics in Pattaya and most if not all will accept Mastercard or VISA. Where in Pattaya are you? Can you get a songtheaw or motorbike taxi to get you to one?
  13. I too have had several cysts removed from my neck and back. For the first 7 days after the wound has been stitched up it is advisable to keep it completely dry and get it cleaned and dressed daily by professional nurses in a clinic (not necessarily in a hospital) for about 100 baht inclusive of materials (alcohol swabs and betadine or similar and waterproof bandage). They are trained to look for signs of infection, especially if you are diabetic, and can immediately summon a doctor if required. Stitches are usually removed in 7-10 days time.
  14. I think it looks like Vespidae Polistinae, the common paper wasp. They don't usually attack unless provoked and are actually quite useful in the garden as both a pollinator, and as a predator of caterpillars and other insects. Having said that, as they would be provoked every time you try to put your hand into your letterbox, I would wait until after dark when they are least active, don some heavy full cover clothing including boots and gloves and a mesh screen ( a fishing net does a good job) for your head, then spray the nest liberally with Chaindrite. Repeat aver several nights to catch strays who may have returned to the nest after the initial treatment. Once you feel safe enough, remove the old nest (it's quite soft and made from bark and leaves) and re-spray the letterbox with some surface insecticide. Repeat every 3 months to discourage returnees. Polistinae
  15. Settle down people... don't make it personal.
  16. The post by SomchaiDIY above has been reported (and quite rightly) because it is not in the English language, as per our Forum Rules. However, given this is a specialist and developing market, it is highly unlikely that anyone will find a YouTube video in the English language of the topic subject matter... "Electric Vehicles in Thailand". Therefore, posts like this may be permitted. Just don't flood the place though hey?
  17. Several argumentative and off-topic posts and replies have been removed.
  18. As far as I can see your topic has not mentioned any illegal activities yet, so is not in breach of the Forum Rules. However this is a developing news story and the legalities are still not 100% clear. From this morning's news bulletin: This might be interpreted as "people of Thai nationality only", so it's probably best not to make a big deal of it until the fine print is resolved. The Thai government and the Royal Thai Police need to elaborate and be explicit as to what is and is not allowed.
  19. Your tongue-in-cheek query is probably best answered by re-reading this from the Forum Rules: 3) You will not post about activities or links to websites containing such material that are illegal in Thailand or any other country within ASEAN. This includes but is not limited to: gambling, betting, pornography, illegal drugs, fake goods/clothing, file sharing of pirated material, pyramid schemes, etc. Discussion of the above is permitted only as news items, but never as a "how to" topic. Discussions must not be in breach of local laws. I highlighted the relevant section in bold for you.
  20. That is strange... most drywall sheets in Thailand are a standard 60cm wide, so 14" or 35cm is an unusual width. How old is your apartment?
  21. If the walls were constructed using SCG Smartboard, you need to watch out for the galvanized steel frame:
